“I found it a little confusing that my order cane in two shipments. I had to call to confirm that that was the case. If you would send out an email letting customers know that would be helpful. I do like the fact that you try very hard to please your customers. That is not service that you see everyday. Yes, I would recommend this business to others, just because of your efforts to care.”

“Our company placed an order on 8-3-16 with *** in Customer Service. We found out the next day that the order was an emergency with our customer in which we had to re-purchase for shipment that day with a retailer. *** assisted us in the process of trying to do everything possible to appease our customer and certainly went above the assigned task with the utmost professionalism. Although we are still dealing with this order, she is making our experience much easier to deal with. We want to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" for her excellent customer service assistance!”

“Our customer service experience with *** was definitely 5 Stars because he went beyond and above to help with our recent order on 7/13/18 in which we really appreciated. As well, *** has been providing us with outstanding service for quite some time with responding so expeditiously with price very competitive price quotes.
