The shopping experience was great and communication was good when I needed a slight adjustments. DAMAGED BOXES in shipment. Hence the 2 star only. You could have packed the 50 boxes with more padding or rectangular pieces of cardboard for protection rather than just wrapping with plastic. I have photos to show you how the 50 box set was damaged. Still usable, but I would not buy from you again unless or until you cushion the product(s) to protect them during transit.

Bought the desk, no delivery instructions. Called and the Repr said they would email. Have not received them. Not good customer service.

I ordered several boxes of BYD face masks because of the advertised sale price, however. I received AMERISHIELD face masks (a different brand). I am disappointed with their false advertising.

I ordered a 4-pack of gallon jugs of Glass Plus. After about a week I had not received my order, so I checked the tracking. UPS reported the package was damaged and returned it to the shipper. After a couple of days, nothing had happened. I emailed Zerbee customer service, who replied they would resend the order. Again, I waited a few days, but nothing happened, I emailed again. Zerbee apologized, re-processed the order, and I finally received a new shipping notice. When I finally received the order (almost 3 weeks after the original order), the gallon jugs had been wrapped in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. The bag had a powder in it (laundry detergent?) that was all over the Glass Plus jugs. The jugs were filled unevenly, one significantly less than the others. ( I tried to include photos with this review but it only accepts text). I will not purchase from Zerbee again.

I would think twice about purchasing with Zerbee, unfortunately, the paper did not arrive on time, I was in FL and they had the paper box in FL, and they had a lot of problems with delivery. I bought the paper with them because the delivery of the paper left from FL, I expected the paper in 2 days, but it arrived a week later. Too late for me, and for the work that needed to be done. For this reason, it gives me a little distrust to purchase from them again. They should change the delivery company.

I thought I was getting BRIGHT purple paper which was the description but it was a pale purple

Shopping online was easy, however, the delivery was disappointing. I waited over 3 weeks to receive my chair and it was delivered broken in a destroyed box. The sales team at Zerbee was very helpful and issued a return very timely. That was appreciated.

I ordered four reams of printer paper. I called customer support before placing my order because I wanted to know if there was a way to receive paper from them without it being damaged. Based on my phone conversation, I placed my order. The delivery was timely, but nothing was done inside the box to provide protection to the reams of paper, thus two of the four reams were damaged. 50 percent is not good in this case. Two of the reams were laying flat and they were just fine. The remaining two reams were on their side and they were both busted and the corners were damaged. As I stated, nothing was done to prevent this damage from occurring. Zerbee did not make a good first impression.

Everytime I order cases of paper, when it arrives the box is broken and open, paper is bent up (some not usable) some have gotten wet if it rains . Is there a messge you can give to UPS

Zerbee is fabulous, I just wish they did not use TForce to deliver some of their products as TForce is just HORRIBLE to deal with.

I did not know that Zerbee sells damaged products. I thought damaged products were disposed of or sent to the 99 cent stores. I paid full price for two 32oz bottles of hand sanitizer. When they arrived I noticed a tape on top of the cap. I thought it might be to hold the flip top in place while in transit. But when opened it was so that the liquid did not spill out due to the flip tops being ripped off. Had I known this I would have not ordered. Pretty disappointed Zerbee!

I have already done this twice! Shipping was quick, but I was very dissatisfied with the packaging. Everything is thrown into makeshift boxes. My three month vertical calendar was a mess.

Item arrived fast, but box was completely wrecked. Parts were missing you I had to go to Home depot and spent $15 on crews and parts. This was the first and last time I will use Zerbee. Product has a few dents as well, but otherwise the table is great!

I ordered a card table and first received a tracking number saying that Office Depot would be delivering the table, I waited a couple of days and asked when it would be delivered and was told that it would be delivered the next day. I did not receive the table and then the website said that they would be shipping it, again I was unable to use the tracking and after a few days just gave up and had them cancel the order. I only give them two stars because they promptly returned my money when I asked. I never did find out where the table went.
