I ordered pens and they were not packaged, they came loose. I ordered what i thought was a aqua colored pen and received a green colored pen........not impressed one bit

I ordered on line because they were estimating a 3-5 day delivery while the sticks and bricks store quoted 14 days. After 5 days I checked and Zerbee said the order was being filled. On the date the chairs were due to be delivered I called them back and found out that the order had been cancelled by Zerbee with no notice to me. They were able to reorder the chairs with a 2 day delivery as they were in Phoenix and I am in Tucson a 90 minute drive south. The people I dealt with were great - the process leave a lot to be desired.

***. The "Asssorted" colors they sent me were ALL BLUE. I wanted the assorted colors shown in the photo (red, blue, green). Too much trouble to mail them back, but I probably won't order from the site again.

Products and prices are great, BUT...\nyour packing of the boxes is horrible. Almost every ream of paper I purchased was broken open. Other things were crushed.\nYour shipping department needs improvement or the people that work there.

shipping\n the toilet paper and the paper towel boxes was destroyed and busted open. UPS had packages retape and rebox up

Hi! I placed an order for this expanding file thinking it would be black as pictured. It arrived green. Not worth my time/energy to send back but wanted to let you know I was disappointed that we didn't receive the black as shown on the website. I'll donate the green as my picky middleschooler won't use it.

I've never had a problem before. But this order I received a box of sortkwik that was missing 4. I had ordered in duplicates of 12 knowing the box quantities...so I checked the paperwork and my order was showing as delivered in full despite being short 4 individual sortkwiks.

My problem was with the product itself. It did not do what it was advertised to do. I do not appreciate the misrepresentation of the product. I had to return the product. You claim I will get a full refund, hopefully that is true. However, I am at a loss with the cost of the return to you, and that I really don't appreciate. Thank you.

This product was poorly made, too expensive for the lack of quality, and it was a nightmare to put together. It looks cheap as well, now that we have gotten it together.

I did not get a ship date. I called and some of my stuff shipped but not all at once. Then there was no exact date or week that my other products would be shipped. I then receive an email after the call. Now I have to call again to see when my other products are going to be shipped. I have a schedule and deadlines and this does NOT help. Poor Logistics and poor management. This is the last time I purchase from this company.

One of the items received was not the item ordered. I called immediately (it was a little over a week ago). Was told they would check and get back to me. I have not heard back and still don't have the item ordered or a refund.

It wasn't anyone in particular. I messed up and accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I'll make sure that I review and make a better decision about return policies. Your company would not take it back.

we have had multiple items in several orders that have take about two weeks to ship. you should let your customers know when this will happen. so they can be prepared!

The packaging of the batteries I ordered and received was very poor. They were 9 volt batteries which were shipped to me dumped in a bubble wrap shipping envelope and was not neat and professional at all.

Order was originally packed incorrectly resulting in far less of the product than intended. A new package was then shipped and was still short of the full amount.

I ordered 60 lapboards from you that were not at all what I was hoping for. So I sent them back (after paying $*** for shipping) to you so that I could order a different, albeit more expensive, product in hopes that it would be what I was looking for.\nHowever, upon packing up the first product to be returned to you, I noticed that the product number was actually the product number for the board I was going to order from you subsequently.\nApparently, you have two products...\n***\n... that are the same product according to the person that helped me via your ***.\n\nJust a heads up. You may wish to alter your pricing and make sure that *** isn't charging you needlessly.\n\nAlso, I really wish you offered a matte finish dry erase board in black. the shiny/glossy ones are terrible.\n

I called in wanting to get the same price advertised on Google for the same product because I was unable to order via my work computer do to pop up blockers. The sales rep stated that they are unable to do so. It is ridiculous to advertise a price and not be able to honor it when someone calls in. She stated I must go through those channels. She wasn't very courteous just very cut and dry no apology explanation anything to justify or reason as to why. I had to buy with my phone in order to get that pricing.
