Product arrived as expected. Where the problem arises is you upcharge (substantially) for indoor delivery and the delivery company is totally unaware of the indoor delivery charge and states they get paid the same whether they leave the item outside the door or attempt to bring it indoors. They had no equipment to bring the item indoors. Had I known this, I would not have paid the extra for indoor delivery. Tricky on your part and will keep our firm from ordering from you in the future.

hello,i still havent received my base and i had to pay the contractor again because it was a wrong item, because you delivered me a table top instead of a base and caused a problem.please advise and what can you do to make it right. thanks frank

Order was originally packed incorrectly resulting in far less of the product than intended. A new package was then shipped and was still short of the full amount.

***. The "Asssorted" colors they sent me were ALL BLUE. I wanted the assorted colors shown in the photo (red, blue, green). Too much trouble to mail them back, but I probably won't order from the site again.

Picture the correct product for ordering. The picture showed a Duro 8 husky brown bag. We received a AJM 8 lb bag. Big difference in the heaviness of the bag. We bought them to put 3 pounds of potatoes in and cannot use the ones we received because they will not handle the weight.

price was excellent on the product I bought\nplaced the order and email was wrong,but instead of picking up the phone and placing a call to me they cancel the order and when I never get a conformation from them I call and they make me pay cash thru paypal and delay my order by 21 days ,all because of the wrong email.and this all could have been avoided with a phone call......I will buy products from this site but will pay cash to avoid dealing with customer service. When I called customer service they were very rude and made me feel like they was doing them a favor by selling me there product

I called in wanting to get the same price advertised on Google for the same product because I was unable to order via my work computer do to pop up blockers. The sales rep stated that they are unable to do so. It is ridiculous to advertise a price and not be able to honor it when someone calls in. She stated I must go through those channels. She wasn't very courteous just very cut and dry no apology explanation anything to justify or reason as to why. I had to buy with my phone in order to get that pricing.

This product was poorly made, too expensive for the lack of quality, and it was a nightmare to put together. It looks cheap as well, now that we have gotten it together.

Placing the order was easy, however we never received an order shipment notification. Now we are trying to track down our order that was shipped, but not delivered. Tracking info doesn't work on your website. And we never received a call from the shipment company as requested. If this wasn't a possibility we wish someone would have notified us ahead of time. If we had received a shipment email then we would have known to be in the lookout and tracking our package.

I placed one order for 33 packs of Avery Sheet protectors (size 5 1/2 x 8) - I received the first shipment in 2 boxes - one box contained 12 the other 9. I called and told them I was short 12 packs. They then sent another shipment it contained 1 package. I called again saying I was still short 11. They then sent another shipment. This is not the most efficient way to run a business )-:

I placed an order on Oct 27, to date have not received the order. Called this morning left message on voice mail. Never received a call back. Called and spoke to ***. She informed me that the order was never sent and someone had sent out new order and I would receive tomorrow or Monday. She also told me that someone sent me an email to that effect. I never received the email. Now don't really know if I have the same tracking # or what. *** was hesitant to talk to me when I asked questions she wanted to get me off the phone quickly. I left my phone # and expected to receive a return call. Email is not always reliable.

My order was partially shipped initially, the rest of the order was expedited 3 weeks later once I noticed the mistake, and then the remainder of the shipment still did not have all of my requested product. Very disappointing!

customer support / refunds.\n\nI sent an email at the beginning of the day and have yet to hear back. I am looking to return a product that doesn't help me. I have 2 glare filters and they make more of a glare than without.\n\nI am seeking info on where to return them to and if I need to send any other info along to receive my refund.\n\nan email reply would be great.

Hi! I placed an order for this expanding file thinking it would be black as pictured. It arrived green. Not worth my time/energy to send back but wanted to let you know I was disappointed that we didn't receive the black as shown on the website. I'll donate the green as my picky middleschooler won't use it.

I ordered pens and they were not packaged, they came loose. I ordered what i thought was a aqua colored pen and received a green colored pen........not impressed one bit
