Ordered 6 pack of bleach and package was delivered damaged and missing product. Sent messages to company and they said they would reship order but never have received it. Unacceptable service follow up

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PRODUCT UPS SAID IT WAS SMASHED AND LEAKING THAT THEY THROUGH THE PACKAGE IN GARBAGE THEY SAID THEY WAS GONNA NOTIFY YOU I WANT A REPLACEMENT OR MY MONEY REFUNDED

When my package arrived and I opened it, I was stunned to see how much of the purchase price I paid for the package which was $19.99 for such a small piece of leather. I wouldn’t recommend the purchase of this product! 👎🏾

I had ordered a printer on September 20, 2023 today is 10/9/2023 I’m still waiting on the delivering my bank account was charged on the September 20th.

Rolls were just thrown in the box. About 20% of rolls were without cover, squished and dirty. I was truly appalled Won’t but again

Do not order a desk from this company! You'll never receive it. Terrible company that somehow has great customer service. Twice my desk just happened to be damaged in transit. And there is no useful tracking information for consumers. I had to email them for updates. They could've told me sooner that my desk was damaged in transit (twice, I tried having them reship a new one but that got damaged too) but instead, they wait until delivery day to tell me. Nothing was ever delivered to me. The ONLY good thing about them is that they answer emails very quickly and have issued my refund quickly. Too bad I needed this desk for my new office. Now I have nothing to use until I find a replacement.

I ordered 2 times from this website first time I got a fake delivery tracking and waited for a week nothing delivered I had to call and they send me my item in 2 weeks , second order I ordered 2 items received only one item and I had to call again in order for me to get my second item that I paid for it upfront so unprofessional

I hope to change my rating at some point but I have been asked to review my order when I have not received my order yet. Sorry, but every time I feel pressured to leave a review like this, I cannot help but leave a very poor one. PLEASE SEND ME MY ORDER OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!

ordered ROAST chicken ramen and was sent chicken flavored, was reimbursed, then was advertised to by this company for ROAST chicken Ramen, ordered it, and again it was regular hicken flavor

I sent an email to Zerbee stating the issue below and never got a reply back or the items that were missing. Won't be buying from you again. I only received 1 piece in an envelope of the Deodorizer Air freshener that I order from you for $26.70. I received the mops but not the fresheners refill items #FRSRC30CBL. What's the status of the refills?

Looks like your email ending up in our SPAM folder. Sorry about that. Our tracking showed that it delivered on Dec 2. Regardless I have opened a ticket with our Customer Manager and we get you taken care of asap.

ABISMAL SERVICE. I placed an order **and paid for** paper on 9/17/22. I receive an email on 9/20/22 indicating that "your order is on its way". When I called them last month, they said the paper was out of stock but would be sent as soon as possible. As of today 11/16/22 it has not been shipped. Absolutely NO follow-up from Zerbee UNTIL I contacted them in October, and no contact since that call. So they have now had our money for 2 months, and I still have no paper.

Product was damaged in transit. UPS said that Zerbee.com was notified and would contact us. That only did we never receive contact, but when we reached out to them they had no idea of the damage. On the phone we were transferred to someone who was supposedly going to help. They did not answer and we had to leave a voicemail. We did not receive a call back. Now Zerbee has our money and we have no product. We had to order this specific chemical for a commercial job, and this causes major issues for our companies reputation and relationship with our contacts. This is the last time we will use this company.
