Received the wrong item after talking with a Zerbee employee before making the purchase. They are refusing to refund my money or exchange the item. Do not order from this company.

Customer service has been excellent in working with me but this is my 3rd try on not getting a smashed up desk Last delivery was so banged up it came all duck taped up. Seems to me the company is losing a lot of money from people who don’t know how to work a forklift

My order was delivered unpackaged and damaged. At my request, another item was delivered to replace the initial order. That too was in the same condition as the first. A refund given for the order.

I have been trying to return a paper shredder that does not perform as advertised. When I receive a reply from this comany regarding my return request its rude and gives me no guidance as to hiw to proceed wuth my return. My last reply said we are obviously not open on weekends we get back to you. That was 5 days ago.

My product was not delivered on time, 2 of my 4 packages were lost and at least 2 of the 4 chairs I ordered were not the correct model, not even close. I will not use this company for my future purchases.

I ordered 15 boxes of Nabisco 100 calorie Chips Ahoy packets (6 per box). They arrived about 10 days after I ordered, around Sept 8. Half of the boxes had a "sell by" date of Aug 15 and the other half Aug 29. In other words, your supplier sent me $*** worth of expired product. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with either one of you again.

I was very disappointed in the service we received of two time clocks ordered. I realize the clocks were backordered by the vendor but we never received notice of what was going on, and that would have been nice.

When I spoke with the representative (***) on the phone on Wednesday 3/14/18 to order some boards, I expressed to him the urgency in getting them and explained to him that I needed them for a presentation to my management team. I explained I was ordering one and once I received it and evaluated it, I would order more and it was my understanding when we got off the phone that I would receive the boards that Friday. The following Monday morning when I contacted *** due to the fact I had not received the board he said he would check on it. I didn't heard anything back until Tuesday when I received an email the board had shipped and I finally received it Thursday afternoon 3/22/18. \n\nI feel this was handled very sloppy and unprofessional, *** this could have been a huge account for your company but due to the mishandling of one product I have seen I can't depend on your service so we will not be placing any further orders.

Ordered incorrect planner filler, binder and sleeve for 2017. Zerbee would not take return due to item being time sensitive. (Beginning of October 2016) Also, Zerbee does not offer return shipping service so that in order to return an item I am forced to pay full shipping rates rather than Zerbee sending me a return label with shipping at their corporate discount rate deducted from my refunds.
