I still haven't received my order some how it was sent to an address I haven't lived in in almost 4 yrs, and instead of yours guys just sending me out another one and then researching or trying to get that one back. I have to wait all this time for you to do God knows what. It's really been frustrating and due to this I have a ton of paperwork laying on my desk. Then when I emailed someone the first day I didn't receive it, let's just say my 18 month old is smarter than them. They kept telling me the tracking number and when it was delivered but I knew that already. I kept telling them that I understand that but I haven't received it. Was all around a terrible experience and I will stick to ***.

Don't bother contacting me again. I am no longer your customer. I ordered batteries. The batteries were packaged 12 to a box from the manufacturer. I ordered 3 boxes of 9 volt batteries. That's 36 individual batteries. Because there was no negative fill in the box, only the boxes of batteries, the 36 batteries broke out from their manufacturer's boxes and were all loose. I depend on the manufacturer's boxes. But I was greatly disappointed. Howe could someone be so irresponsible when packing my product? I called customer service to explain the issue. The representative couldn't be less caring. Zerbee has failed on 2 fronts and for those reasons I will NEVER be back. I will never recommend your company. Oh, and another thing, the batteries were old. The expiration dates on the batteries were only 2 years away. The manufacturer says their products have a 7 year expiration from manufacture. This purchase was a big mistake for me. I won't be back!

Actually had called to place a large order however due to when I called and ask if the person could take an order she immediately said no. only if I was having trouble online would she take the order. Told her I did not want to put my cc on file however she decided not to take the order. After searching for the one product I did order from you it was only due in part it was the cheapest. Thanks and please remove me from future contacts

I returned the product because it had sharp edges that I cut my finger on and since I use these (poly spots) with 5-11 year olds and I cut my finger on the edge. I could only imagine what would happen to them.\n\nShipping was very fast though!

Out of 5 stars on reviews this fishing pole is junk.First of pole one givin to 6 year old reeled in and top broke off. Second pole I was fishing with catched rock bass tip of pole broke off. Third and last pole northern pike hit and pole snapped in half. *** dollars lost one weekend not happy. I was looking forward to having retracted reel setup but now disappointed. If possible like full refund.

I have yet to receive my order and when I called customer service I was given the shipping company name and number to handle myself. When I bought this item, I thought the shipping would be followed through. I am not sure yet if I haven?ÇÖt been ***. I lost all my office furniture in the Hurricane harvey flood and had to buy new. Not the way I wanted this to turn out. I don?ÇÖt even know if I like the product I ordered to review it. Very very disappointed with this company and will never order again or recommend them. Would have been lovely if they just made sure I received my product and acted as if they cAred when I called. I don?ÇÖt like the fact that it is non refundable.

Product was incorrect. Because of this, I contacted customer service to get items fixed immediately and they were extremely rude! Will not purchase from Zerbee again. I am still waiting on my refund as well.

I ordered and paid for #: ***Bar Soap, 1.5oz Bar, 500/Carton actually weigh 1.5oz. I received bars with a weight of .8oz.\nGood morning, \n?áI just spoke to the Vendor that this item ships from, we think that this is a miss-pull from the warehouse, they are re-shipping the correct item.\nThey have issued a UPS pick up for the wrong items you were given, Ups should attempt this pickup within 1-5 days\n?áThank you and I apologize for the inconvenience\n?á***

Product was never shipped! I had to call after a week of nine shipment to fix this issue and the customer service rep had attitude. Once product came it was damaged. Since it was already over a week late and I desperately needed what I ordered (boxes to ship my ebay items) I didnt bother to return. Overall a poor first experience with Zerbee.

We purchased a locking file drawer and it arrived without a key. Has a lock, but no key. You can see where this might be a problem.
