I ordered 20 small plastic pencil/crayon boxes. The first box arrived almost immediately but only 3 pencil boxes were in the box. Two more boxes arrived about one week later. Five boxes were in the second box and the remaining 12 were in the 3rd box. One box was completely broken (in pieces). Why couldn't you ship it all at once? It was baffling to me that I receive my order in three installments. I can't say I was impressed and the quality of the boxes wasn't what I'd hoped for. The product itself isn't very good quality so I am anticipating breakage once students start to use them. I am disappointed and I asked in an email to replace the one box that came broken.

the desk I received was damaged I would like to request a replacement or refund please.

It would be nice if you actually hired a shipping company that brings the product to our door. We ordered a large desk and are located on the third floor of the building.. the driver said he wouldn't bring it upstairs.. so he left it on the first floor and we had to carry it up ourselves.\n\nTherefore, I would not order from your company again.

I ordered ten packs of tagboard. Few days later ONE big box arrives with ONE package of tagboard. Warehouse staff was upset since they were expecting the TEN we ordered. I about called my credit card company but called you first and, after asking many questions, learned my order was being shipped from various sources. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL E THAT WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER? What a waste of our time! I even called the 'supervisor', left a message and my number, no return call. You guys suck at doing business and score less than zero for customer 'service". I own two businesses and have never treated a buyer like this.

I thought I was ordering 3 sets of 4 bottles of Fontana syrup. The picture was misleading. I sent an email the day I received the order to ask if this was correct or if more would be coming.\nI never received a reply. Very unhappy with this. These were for gifts and 3 bottles doesn't do me any good. You need to change the listing on your website.\nAnd replying to emails would be a good idea too. My first time to order from this company and my last.\n

customer service was annoyed with me when i simply wrote to ask for arrival date.\n\ndelivery service did not call one hour prior delivery as promised.\n\nwill not buy from these folks again

I ordered the wrong item. I called the customer service to return it and she acted like I was an idiot and treated me rude. \nI was disappointed with their return policy and her attitude.

This is very poor quality. Even my children stood on it and said "cheap". I would never give this for a gift as intended. I am going through the process of returning. I assume I Have to pay an additional *** for return shipping. *** will teach me to not buy from this company again. Reviews were not accurate!

I will never order from zerbee again. You had an incorrect price on 3 items, and although you website states "In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price." you did not call me to cancel the order. You shipped it anyways, and shorted me 72 folders. This is unacceptable, seeing as you were unwilling to refund me for returning the products and my original shipping charge of $10. I will be sure to post my reviews on every website I can so everyone knows that it is risky to order from you because you won't get what you order, and then you are unwilling to make it right with the customer. Not to mention, the 3 folders I did receive were bent because they were packaged poorly.

My products were not shipped as I originally requested. I ordered 3 of each item but only 2 of each were delivered. When I called customer service, both the representative and her supervisor told me the problem was at my end not theirs. If I wanted the third items I would have to reorder and pay the full shipping cost.\n\nI am not satisfied with the order procedure. I would never purchase from Zerbee again. I would never recommend Zerbee to others.

idid not like the product because the ad is misleading. I pay the shipping and now I have to pay the return. If you guarantee what you sell, it must be free return.

Promised delivery on two different days and no body showed up. \n\nI stayed home the first day all day waiting for the delivery and when none came and we called and they said they have not received the desk. We are not sure why they would schedule a delivery if they don't have the item.\n\nBecause of all these, *** promised a credit but we have not even seen that.\n\nFor such a poor service, we request that at least the delivery charge should be credited.

I called to ask if they had a product & I was told yes. Ordered 2 of that same item and I got 2 wrong items. Now I have to get it sent back! Make sure I get my refund.

Shipping needs a makeover. The item I received was thrown in a box with no packing material and 1 strip of packing tape held the outside box together. The box was crushed when I received it. The product was gouged in the plastic, must have been used and sold as new. Would not purchase again from this company.

The paper towels were not the brand or quality I ordered. They were/are incredibly cheap and I could have ordered for much less with free shipping elsewhere. To top it off two rolls were damaged. A BIG waste of monney and a total bait and switch. If I could give less than zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
