You have great product line but your website is s jungle. \n\nNavigating is slow. \n\nCheckout is impossible. Cart is difficult to access. Impossible to make changes. The result was you duplicated my order. My reaction to the experience was it wasn?ÇÖt worth the effort to complain since up front you tell me you don?ÇÖt accept returns - a bad omen. Tthanks for letting me vent.

i'm currently sitting here waiting for my item.\nI'm losing a day's pay waiting for a delivery truck after my item was first shipped to a trucking company that doesn't even deliver to my area, \nThen, after countless phone calls, i accidentally found a number for the shipper that now has my item. \nIt's 3:30 and I've been here since 9am, i called the shipper and they say they can't get in touch with the driver.\n(At this point, I don't think i could be more dissatisfied with Zerbee than i am right now.\nEspecially as I feel that had I not inquired initially about why my original tracking info wasn't working, my shipment would still be in a Newark, NJ warehouse.)

Terrible customer service, ended up having to pay 10% for them canceling my order and not even had shipped it!!! Ugh!!!

Ordered Windex Utra Concentrate Cleaner advertised on their website as having a carton packing quantity of 2. We received only 1 item. Customer service rep stated that it was not their fault and would not ship out an additional bottle of Windex.\n\nThe original Windex container we did receive with the order was damaged and leaked through the box. We will not be using this company again.

I placed my order Nov 2. its Nov 14 and my order still has not arrived. The first order was damaged by UPS, Second order the box was empty as reported by UPS. No contact with me has been initiated. I have had to call and check on my order each time and no compensation for the poor service and I still don't have my product. I called customer service and she told me "she was listening" but really made me feel like I did something wrong. Use Zerbee at your own risk. I know I won't be using them again.

I refused the package and it went back. I am waiting for my refund!!!\n I called to cancel my order less than 24 hours after placing it, but it had been shipped. The person who answered my call was anything but customer service oriented and I had the most awful experience in dealing with this company - ever! I sent an email and have not heard a word back and now you ask how I like the product. ?!?!?\nI expect a full refund for all my trouble. If you don't treat the customer right you will find yourselves unsustainable. You will not last. ***

I ordered a case of Mr. Clean Magic Erasers extra strength. I ordered what said was a *** for about ***. I tried to use the discount promo at check out but it didn't work. I was shipped only 30 sponges and they were generic.

I assumed that the filing cabinet would be brought in to my office. When I called to get tracking details is when i found out it was dock to dock. They wanted me to pay $145 to have it taken off the truck to the curb. and it would have been $345 to bring it inside building door.I arranged with a friend to help me unload,which turned out unnecessary as it is unloaded as part of the trucking service. I was very glad I did not pay the $145 that the woman at Zerbees was saying I would need to pay.\nI know I may have made a mistake by not clearly reading shipping details, but it certainly was discreet. I have had other large bulky items shipped in past and they were always brought into my home/office. I am furious that they tried to scam me out of $145. Complete cowboys.AVOID!

I received the product Alera Sedina Walnut and was unhappy with the product. The website description did not accurately describe the color or material. I called Zerbee to return and was unhappy with the customer service. I will not order from your company again.

Product was DeLauro several days without any notice. I had to email to be advised of reason. Shipped in pieces. Final shipment was poorly packed in evelopes and over 50% damaged. I had to prepare summary of damages by ups # in order to get adjusted. Asked for management contact never received. Never order again and would never tecommend to anyone. Poor service and passed blame to shipper claiming no control only a retailer not a warehouse.\n

The problem with shipping is your company doesn't listen. I was informed that you put my order on hold because you ship via UPS and that UPS doesn't ship to a PMB number. I receive shipments all the time to that PMB number and when I informed your company of that they said I had to be responsible for the shipment being returned if needed. I said OK, you shipped, I received. At 2 different times I asked that your employee contact UPS and get your policy correct. UPS will ship to a PMB# but not to a POB#. So my suggestion is someone *** looks into this and change your policy.

Great prices but poor service.\nLike many office supply chains, they drop ship from affiliates. Unfortunately, many of these shops simply don't care and ship OBVIOUSLY damaged goods and incorrect quantities. Damage is automatically blamed on the transport company even when it's clear damage did not happen in transit: shredded inner boxes and intact seals indicating it was not reboxed.\nE-mail responses are fairly prompt, but often confused: multiple replies, incorrect replacements, missing follow-ups such as tracking numbers. Phone support seems just as lost, and, in this latest instance, didn't follow through at all requiring another service request.

Not as advertised. the roll was 48" wide, but they are not connected! Really just 4 12' strips.

No notice on delivery from either Zerbee or the freight company. Driver showed up with 3 pallets and no lift on the truck that was too large to fit into our loading dock.

I own a gopher pole before about 12 years.i recently bought 2 and not good !!!I gave 1 to my best friend,1st time used it one of the buttons came off.i was like maybe he was a little rough with it ?not the case at all!!I use mind and I lost the ring tip on the first use.not happy
