The poster frames were extremely shoddy. I had reasonable expectations having read a lot of reviews. Not expecting miracles but so much worse than was descrribed or I could have imaginec. One of the boxes arrived with the top cut off and papertaped over the end. The frame inside was dented. I kept them all when I shouldn't have but the hassle of calling people to fight about it so close to Christmas and paying to send them back myself seemed like adding insult to injury!!! Awful. Awful. Awful. This company should not be in business.

I assumed that the filing cabinet would be brought in to my office. When I called to get tracking details is when i found out it was dock to dock. They wanted me to pay $145 to have it taken off the truck to the curb. and it would have been $345 to bring it inside building door.I arranged with a friend to help me unload,which turned out unnecessary as it is unloaded as part of the trucking service. I was very glad I did not pay the $145 that the woman at Zerbees was saying I would need to pay.\nI know I may have made a mistake by not clearly reading shipping details, but it certainly was discreet. I have had other large bulky items shipped in past and they were always brought into my home/office. I am furious that they tried to scam me out of $145. Complete cowboys.AVOID!

I returned the product because it had sharp edges that I cut my finger on and since I use these (poly spots) with 5-11 year olds and I cut my finger on the edge. I could only imagine what would happen to them.\n\nShipping was very fast though!

The paper towels were not the brand or quality I ordered. They were/are incredibly cheap and I could have ordered for much less with free shipping elsewhere. To top it off two rolls were damaged. A BIG waste of monney and a total bait and switch. If I could give less than zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I will never purchase from this company again. My package was due to be delivered last Monday 12/5. It is now Wednesday12/7. I need the item ordered or I would not have ordered it. No one can find the package at this point. It has a tracking number with the USPS and it has not been scanned for tracking since 12/3. It is evident this company has ongoing delivery issues by their request to not write this review until their package has been found. Had I known this about this company I would not have done business with them. BUYER BEWARE.

I still haven't received my order some how it was sent to an address I haven't lived in in almost 4 yrs, and instead of yours guys just sending me out another one and then researching or trying to get that one back. I have to wait all this time for you to do God knows what. It's really been frustrating and due to this I have a ton of paperwork laying on my desk. Then when I emailed someone the first day I didn't receive it, let's just say my 18 month old is smarter than them. They kept telling me the tracking number and when it was delivered but I knew that already. I kept telling them that I understand that but I haven't received it. Was all around a terrible experience and I will stick to ***.

This is very poor quality. Even my children stood on it and said "cheap". I would never give this for a gift as intended. I am going through the process of returning. I assume I Have to pay an additional *** for return shipping. *** will teach me to not buy from this company again. Reviews were not accurate!

I ordered and paid for #: ***Bar Soap, 1.5oz Bar, 500/Carton actually weigh 1.5oz. I received bars with a weight of .8oz.\nGood morning, \n?áI just spoke to the Vendor that this item ships from, we think that this is a miss-pull from the warehouse, they are re-shipping the correct item.\nThey have issued a UPS pick up for the wrong items you were given, Ups should attempt this pickup within 1-5 days\n?áThank you and I apologize for the inconvenience\n?á***

I placed my order Nov 2. its Nov 14 and my order still has not arrived. The first order was damaged by UPS, Second order the box was empty as reported by UPS. No contact with me has been initiated. I have had to call and check on my order each time and no compensation for the poor service and I still don't have my product. I called customer service and she told me "she was listening" but really made me feel like I did something wrong. Use Zerbee at your own risk. I know I won't be using them again.

We've ordered a yrly calendar from Zerbee for 4-5 yrs and were always satisfied. . This year we ordered a calendar again (and I noticed when ordering that it said 2026-2017).. I assumed they added a month or two from 2016 maybe Nov. and Dec. Well, turns out this calendar runs from JULY 2016 thru JUNE 2017 - I've never even heard of a calendar that runs from July to June. The Cust Serv Dept was very unpleasant when I tried to explain to them that I thought I was ordering the same calendar that I had for years. Anyway, I'm not at all satisfied with Zerbee. I sent several emails and called them and each time they told me "SORRY". I will not be recommending Zerbee to others. Thank you, ***

Ordered incorrect planner filler, binder and sleeve for 2017. Zerbee would not take return due to item being time sensitive. (Beginning of October 2016) Also, Zerbee does not offer return shipping service so that in order to return an item I am forced to pay full shipping rates rather than Zerbee sending me a return label with shipping at their corporate discount rate deducted from my refunds.

I ordered a case of Mr. Clean Magic Erasers extra strength. I ordered what said was a *** for about ***. I tried to use the discount promo at check out but it didn't work. I was shipped only 30 sponges and they were generic.

I ordered ten packs of tagboard. Few days later ONE big box arrives with ONE package of tagboard. Warehouse staff was upset since they were expecting the TEN we ordered. I about called my credit card company but called you first and, after asking many questions, learned my order was being shipped from various sources. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL E THAT WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER? What a waste of our time! I even called the 'supervisor', left a message and my number, no return call. You guys suck at doing business and score less than zero for customer 'service". I own two businesses and have never treated a buyer like this.

Ordered Windex Utra Concentrate Cleaner advertised on their website as having a carton packing quantity of 2. We received only 1 item. Customer service rep stated that it was not their fault and would not ship out an additional bottle of Windex.\n\nThe original Windex container we did receive with the order was damaged and leaked through the box. We will not be using this company again.

Great prices but poor service.\nLike many office supply chains, they drop ship from affiliates. Unfortunately, many of these shops simply don't care and ship OBVIOUSLY damaged goods and incorrect quantities. Damage is automatically blamed on the transport company even when it's clear damage did not happen in transit: shredded inner boxes and intact seals indicating it was not reboxed.\nE-mail responses are fairly prompt, but often confused: multiple replies, incorrect replacements, missing follow-ups such as tracking numbers. Phone support seems just as lost, and, in this latest instance, didn't follow through at all requiring another service request.
