I was unhappy with the printer I received. It arrived with a huge dent in the corner, the printer seemed undamaged but printed very slow. I sent it back as a return and never received my money in exchange.

have been ordering from you religiously for 3 years. After my latest order of printer ink, I requested 6 rolls of adhesive labels (delivered this winter) *** to be returned. Customer serv rep *** denied my request.\n\nI will be ordering office supplies from another distributor with a bit more suitable standards for loyal clients. Due to this occurrence I will be advising my other business to stop ordering from you as well.\n\n

I called and was talked to very rudely by your customer service lady when inquiring about why my order was canceled. Might as well have a recorded message telling people to buy thru ***, at least the recoding isn't rude. Unsatisfied, will not be purchasing through this website again.

I recently order 20 packs of Sparco coin wrappers. I found that 7 cases were defective. I asked for a return for refund and was instead given a 7 pack replacement. Apparently from the same lot of product as 6 of those were defective. I've taken my purchase of wrappers elsewhere. Replacing bad product with bad product helps nobody.

I will never purchase from this company again. My package was due to be delivered last Monday 12/5. It is now Wednesday12/7. I need the item ordered or I would not have ordered it. No one can find the package at this point. It has a tracking number with the USPS and it has not been scanned for tracking since 12/3. It is evident this company has ongoing delivery issues by their request to not write this review until their package has been found. Had I known this about this company I would not have done business with them. BUYER BEWARE.

The poster frames were extremely shoddy. I had reasonable expectations having read a lot of reviews. Not expecting miracles but so much worse than was descrribed or I could have imaginec. One of the boxes arrived with the top cut off and papertaped over the end. The frame inside was dented. I kept them all when I shouldn't have but the hassle of calling people to fight about it so close to Christmas and paying to send them back myself seemed like adding insult to injury!!! Awful. Awful. Awful. This company should not be in business.

The product that I wanted was not the QUALITY of the plastic that I desired, that is the PRIMARY reason that I do not like purchasing online. I like to see what I am getting. I shall MAKE DO!

We ordered 6 cases of item *** and 90% of the reams came in damaged. In the past I have received an item or two damaged but now it is happening way to often and that is a problem.

You continue to neglect sending packing lists with our orders. This has been an ongoing problem with Zerbee. Omission of this paperwork creates inspection problems with our Receiving Dept. We would appreciate this being addressed and resolved.

We've ordered a yrly calendar from Zerbee for 4-5 yrs and were always satisfied. . This year we ordered a calendar again (and I noticed when ordering that it said 2026-2017).. I assumed they added a month or two from 2016 maybe Nov. and Dec. Well, turns out this calendar runs from JULY 2016 thru JUNE 2017 - I've never even heard of a calendar that runs from July to June. The Cust Serv Dept was very unpleasant when I tried to explain to them that I thought I was ordering the same calendar that I had for years. Anyway, I'm not at all satisfied with Zerbee. I sent several emails and called them and each time they told me "SORRY". I will not be recommending Zerbee to others. Thank you, ***

I ordered left handed spiral note books and left handed scissors. I received the note books quickly, but the scissors were not in the box. When I placed this order, your site said you shipped via UPS. No where did it say that you also shipped via USPS. So, I gave you my physical address for shipping, not knowing you would ship the scissors via USPS. I do not receive ANY mail at my physical address via USPS, and do NOT even have a mail box at my house. I feel terribly ripped off. Thanks for nothing. I won't order anything from you again!
