Still have not received 2 cases of my bleach order.This happened on my last order also.Maybe you need new shippers.

Unfortunately, one of the headphones sets broke within two days. I only carried them in my wide open tote. I'm using the second pair gingerly, putting them back in the box when I'm not using them.

Excellent customer service, prompt shipping, competitive prices---this made Zerbee stand out in the past. But prices have jumped dramatically, product selection is half of what it was, shipping and packaging is more erratic (notably of product from outside vendors---Zerbee warehouse shipping is still good). Promotions are few and far between. You keep sending me a "TEN4YOU" discount code, but it has never worked, ever, over the past two years. Traditional office supply companies (Quill, Zerbee, Staples, Office Depot, Restockit.com, etc.) seem to be in panic mode, with Amazon Business and Grainger-owned Zoro being the two 800-pound gorillas now in the room. Raising prices and cutting lines of products only loses customers. At least Zerbee is not coming up with crazy read-the-fine-print points schemes, like Quill, which is the sure route to alienating old customeers

I like Zerbee. I’m not trying to be negative, but they want my honest opinion. I order liquid carpet cleaning chemicals through them. They have tried various methods to prevent leaks, but without much success. The lids were all taped and the bottles were put in bags. They still leak and the bags were all wet from leaking. The problem is they are too loose in the box and bounce around inside the box during shipping. Original boxes work best, or I’ve seen other companies ship liquids in boxes packed really tight with shipping paper. Other than that, their price is good and the shipping is fast, it’s just messy.

This experience was not so great. Usually, we have great service with you. But your driver left the paper in front of our door before we were open and we couldn't get the door open. Then he proceeded after we were able to move the box to call out of his vehicle if we needed help. By this time we had already picked up the merchandise. Why would he leave items in front of the door on a busy street where they could easily get taken? Since our first paper delivery was not received I wonder if it was stolen. If a business is not open yet the merchandise needs to be delivered at a later time.

Zerbee's customer service people are first class. Order fulfillment is better than your competitors---faster shipping than anyone. But your promotion systematics do not work. I get 10%-off promotion codes from you all the time. The deductions get made to the order--- until I log in---then discount disappears!. You've lost a lot of business from us because of these games.

The price was great, but only 5 of the six bins were usable. Zerbee’s customer service was great—they immediately refunded the cost of the unusable one. However, I have concerns about their quality control and am unlikely to use them again.

You sent the Wrong item the first time. Second delivery both sheets of foam board had a hole in it. I was able to work around the hole but good grief!

Love the product, but it wasnt packaged well and one corner was sticking out of the package and it got pretty wet and dirty on every page.

My order came with a cracked piece I called for a replacement of the piece. The guy said yes but until now no replacement. I’m very disappointed.

Product accuracy and quality keep me coming back. Packaging of ACCO 1 inch clasps was not made secure and they arrived out of boxes and had to be re-stacked by my office.
