Product arrived quickly. Unfortunately a bit damaged on top corner. looked like it may have been dropped. I thought it more of a hassle to send back. Banged dented corner area with rubber mallet. drawers and lock worked properly, so I can live with it.

I placed 2 orders so I could have a couple of items quickly and the rest I could wait on. I paid extra for expedited processing for the 2 items they arrived after the regular shipping. Everything arrived in good condition.

*** shipping time was acceptable. The shipping packaging left quite a bit to be desired - perhaps done by a 3 yr old - but not being too critical - It got here and product did not suffer for the packaging though surely one roll of tape per package is not cost effective shipping and using excess tape instead of properly closing box first the product could have been lost if tape failed to keep product in box.

Shipping Paper wrapped in paper (not plastic or boxed in) really needs an improvement. the first time we received the paper it was all tossed around in the bigger box, torn up, folded, creased etc. This really didn't look very well for business use. \n\nWe received a second shipment because of the extent of the damage and the second shipment arrived with paper wrapping all torn on the edges and corner. About the first 4 layers of paper had bent corners. \n\nThe paper with the thickest wrapping survived the best.\n\nA box of different colored File folders arrived tossed all over the bottom of another box. The base box had opened up completely in the gruesome shipping process (I would assume). I would suggest adding tape to the edge or corners of the individual boxes. \n\nI would also suggest shipping the paper in a smaller box like the boxes 3inch binders are shipped in so it doesn't have as much room to move around while it is in delivery process. \n\nOther than this, the rest of the office supply equipment was strong enough to withstand the tossing and turns of shipping.\n\nWould still do business since they did try to fix the issue. And the people with Zerbee has excellent attitudes when it comes to customer requests! \n\n

I returned product to your company as per the instructions \nfrom ***..I have a receipt from the Post Office saying it\narrived at your company on 12/20. I have not gotten my credit from this purchase. the RMA # ***.\nI then reordered think that I was getting the right size and again I have a wrong size. I need to send the second order back. Hoping that this refund is treated better then the first on way..\n***

I ordered seven dozen Orange latex glove's and I still do not have the extra lg. Look at the order. I have had three freight boxes on one order and still do not have the order filled. You are making me look bad. Please do not post this. Overall you are a great vendor. If I do not tell you there is a problem it can't be fixed. You just need to get right or get left.\n\n You did good on batteries.\nNext time will be better.\n***

please stop sending me an "invitation" to join your newsletter (or whatever the offer is) EVERY TIME I ORDER SOMETHING. We order on a regular basis. We know you're there. We know how to find you. NO, I don't want to get even more information from you every day. Just stop offering. It's annoying.

Order procedure quick and easy. Order arrived in 3 different shipments over two days. 2 of the 3 shipments were pretty beat up, but the product was intact.

The bookcases themselves that I bought were fabulous. Also, the task chair I purchased was excellent. I have a problem with the freight delivery. I was required to pay extra shipping since the bookcases came by freight. The freight delivery guy would not even deliver to my door. I had to drive to a Lowe?ÇÖs and take delivery in a parking lot. Then I had to drive back to my house and unload by myself. I would be more understanding about this if I did not have to pay extra shipping. I recommend hat you find a different freight company- one that understands how to use a gps and take major roads instead of backroads. The driver told me he couldn?ÇÖt get to my neighborhood because of back roads. I live three miles off the interstate. It?ÇÖs a straight shot. And if roads were a problem, why didn?ÇÖt he bring a smaller truck? He called me before he even left Knoxville.

Bulk packed printer paper is not useful. I buy this paper to use throughout the year and it arrived in a dirty carton that was not protected during the shipment process. With the paper packed in reams, There was little issue with shipping dirt on the cartons. I would not recommend the bulk printer paper to anyone that would not repack the paper upon receipt. this survey assumes the issues are with employees or shipping....Not true this is a product suitability issue.
