No communication after purchase on when my products would be delivered. Customer service was good when I called, but I received no shipping notifications or any indication when it would be delivered other than "10-14" business days at purchase.

I got an order confirmation, but my package didn't show up. After 13 days I called and I liked how someone picked up the phone immediately and was very helpful, both times I called. Turns out my package got delivered to the wrong place and I wasn't alerted. I talked to someone who said they would take care of it and they did, the product arrived in the mail, but I didn't get an email or call saying it was on its way, which would have been nice.

*** shipping time was acceptable. The shipping packaging left quite a bit to be desired - perhaps done by a 3 yr old - but not being too critical - It got here and product did not suffer for the packaging though surely one roll of tape per package is not cost effective shipping and using excess tape instead of properly closing box first the product could have been lost if tape failed to keep product in box.

Overall OK experience. The products received well but took very long time to deliver. When I followed up to see when will be shipped, a very rude girl answered and insulted me with racist comments, and then hanged up the phone. Then I called another rep who was nice and kind. At that time, he put the order in line for shipping (apparently that girl was not processing it).\n\nFinally we got the order .. too late but good.

You need a better description of the product or better photos that are not misleading. I thought the product I ordered was much larger based on the photos and it was not clear about the size so when it arrived and saw that it was for the smaller size, I was very disappointed.

The bookcases themselves that I bought were fabulous. Also, the task chair I purchased was excellent. I have a problem with the freight delivery. I was required to pay extra shipping since the bookcases came by freight. The freight delivery guy would not even deliver to my door. I had to drive to a Lowe?ÇÖs and take delivery in a parking lot. Then I had to drive back to my house and unload by myself. I would be more understanding about this if I did not have to pay extra shipping. I recommend hat you find a different freight company- one that understands how to use a gps and take major roads instead of backroads. The driver told me he couldn?ÇÖt get to my neighborhood because of back roads. I live three miles off the interstate. It?ÇÖs a straight shot. And if roads were a problem, why didn?ÇÖt he bring a smaller truck? He called me before he even left Knoxville.

I was looking for the expandable file folders with 1-31 tabs. I reviewed a couple different ones but eventually ordered the wrong ones (A-Z). It would be very helpful if the (A-Z) was noted on the product description. Looking at the small picture and description I assumed I was still looking at the 1-31 tabbed folders. It cost me shipping back and probably shipping here after they adjust the invoice. Please take this into consideration when posting items. Thanks!!!

I called a week after placing the order to check on lead time. customer service read the lead time stated online for this product and was abrupt and curt. I will not order from this site again

My shipment of sanitizing table wipes arrived in a less than desirable manner. Instead of being shipped in the 12-pack box I was expecting / had ordered, I found that 12 individual packages of the wipes had been thrown into a garbage bag, which was then put into a box and stuffed with paper as insulating material. \n\nIn the literal sense, I got what I paid for, so that?ÇÖs worth three stars. But I wasn?ÇÖt thrilled with how my order was filled and delivered.

I do not like that you charge so much for shipping, and do not offer discount codes for literally anything.

product recd ok but packing was a waste. Recd 6 boxes when only 2 needed. Had more filler than product in cartons. Customer service questioned but never responded back. Cost could be lower if packing and handling better controlled. Disappointed in customer service aspect.

the main complaint that I have with Zerbee is the fact that the promo codes that I receive at least twice a week in an email NEVER work. It doesn't matter what I am purchasing, It will just tell me that the code is invalid to the order that I am placing. The website will give no good reason for the code not applying to the order either.\nThere are many times that I will log onto Zerbee with plans to order something with the promo code that I received in my email, but it does not work so I shop elsewhere.

The product was sent UPS but handed off to the USPS who screwed up the delivery. Had I not been monitoring the delivery, I would still be waiting since it was sitting at the post office for me to go and pick up. For a $*** delivery charge I don't know why I had to drive 7 miles to pick it up. Won't use this service ever again.

I ordered two reams of heavy stock paper and clear 3/4" Scotch tape. The items came in a large box that had about 6 puffy packing pillows. The cover on one of the reams of paper was completely removed during shipping because there was too much room in the box. The paper was basically moving freely. If the paper had been 20# it would have been unusable. Some corners of one ream had been damage. I suggest using smaller, tighter boxes when sending reams of paper. Prices were ok. Quality and shipping time were good.
