Making sure all products are sent at the same time, not in three different shipments. Better customer service.

I ordered 1000 Quality Park Reveal-n-Seal #10 Security Window Envelopes. I received 950. I'm sure this problem is with Quality Park and not Zerbee, but you should know about this and let Quality Park know about it as well. I run a print shop and I had to short my customer, which never reflexes well on me. This isn't the first time I've noticed a shortage from Quality Park, but it is the first time I've complained.

\nI placed an order for an item that showed in stock. I received a receipt for the order. A few hours later I received an email saying that the item was out of stock due to the nationwide shortage (TP) and it was removed from order. This was very troubling for 2 reasons. 1st, it shouldn't have shown it was in stock if it wasn't because had I known it wasn't I could have spent those few hours looking for it elsewhere (I didn't find it online, I ended up finding several much smaller packages locally). 2nd, no options were given to substitute for the product. It was simply removed from the order. I was left to try to find my own product, after believing it was already taken care of. I was sent an email saying the product was removed from the order and would I like the rest of the order. I responded but never received a response to that email. I simply received the other item on the order within a week and had to verify I wasn't charged shipping on my own. This was the 1st time I have been so disappointed with Zerbee and I hope it's the last.

I recommend provision for deliveries to directly go to PO boxes upon customer request (MAYBE INCLUSION OF ANOTHER SERVICE THAT DOES THIS). I preferred delivery to my PO box but that was not allowed. After abiding by Zerbee procedures with use of UPS, I DID NOT receive the package at my residence. UPS left it at a post office in relationship to my residential zip code. I picked it up and found some damage to the product but it functions. Sincerely-***.

I love my C-Line 1 1/2 Binders. I love the colors. My only problem is that it took 3 weeks for my binders to come. Also... you did not have my name on the binders. You only had my address. Please update name and address of the client when shipping. This made other house-hold members to open up my box. Thanks.

I am very happy that I was able to find this product online. I've looked in stores and haven't had any luck. I'm completely happy with the time of delivery and the product. My only concern is that I received the product which is a 90 day supply. I started the supplement July 4, 2017. The supplements expire in September 2017. So the last month of supplements will be expired that I need to take

I bought a dry erase board and a market kit. I created a wall calendar using pinstriping. While I was taping the lines I tried to remove some of the tape and pulled the dry erase surface off the board. Obviously cheap quality! Very disappointed with my purchase!!

I was very pleased with the price, order process and delivery time. However, the product I ordered, Clorox Bleach wipes, were packed in the box on their sides. The containers don't have any type of liquid proof seal, so they were leaking bleach solution. I just happened to be home when they were delivered so the box wasn't soaked through, but if I had been at work as usual, the box would have sat leaking on my front porch for 5 hours, possibly running into my flowerbed and killing some expensive shrubs and plants. Also, I'm sure it could have been a health hazard to the UPS driver to be handling products that were leaking bleach solution in his truck as well as when he was physically holding the box. And I could have received a product that was missing a large part of the cleaning solution that I had specifically ordered.

The3 packages arrived earlier than expected. However 2 packages arrived damaged. They were shipped very skimpy as a result several items where damaged. We purchased 28 writing tablets. The 2 skimpy boxed items had a total of 6 damaged pads. Which resulted in folded paper, the binding damaged and some bent. Disappointed but all usable just not perfect. One box was strong, sturdy and packaged with care, If used a better and stronger box for the other 2 and the correct size damage would not have occurred.

The item I received was damaged and when I called Zerbee to replace the order they handled the matter accordingly and I sent the order back and rec'd my new item. Thx

Your items are not being packed correctly. This is a new issue. Pens are out of their boxes and strewn all over. So were staples I ordered. Staples are impossible to repack in their box, so I had to rubber band them together. File folder boxes came in damaged.\nThe product isn't damaged or missing. It just looks like the people packing the stuff to ship it does not care at all. The "air pillows" in my last shipment were flat!!!\nOtherwise, I like your website and speed of delivery. You just need to check on your pick and pack personnel.

No communication after purchase on when my products would be delivered. Customer service was good when I called, but I received no shipping notifications or any indication when it would be delivered other than "10-14" business days at purchase.

I order 72 bottles of Lysol. Your price and shipping is fast I gave you three star for this but I must say some of your batch was expire. You should know which batch is expire before send out to customers. Many of people don?ÇÖt know Lysol do expire but we know base on OEM?ÇÖs batch and FAB date.

Love the product and I will continue to order these but your shipping time is terrible. I should be able to place an order and have it shipped the same week with a 3-5 day delivery frame.

The only problem I have had with Zerbee is the packaging of my orders. Boxes are not heavy duty and items are just thrown in and they do not make sure that things can't be damaged in transit.
