“please stop sending me an "invitation" to join your newsletter (or whatever the offer is) EVERY TIME I ORDER SOMETHING. We order on a regular basis. We know you're there. We know how to find you. NO, I don't want to get even more information from you every day. Just stop offering. It's annoying.”

“I order 72 bottles of Lysol. Your price and shipping is fast I gave you three star for this but I must say some of your batch was expire. You should know which batch is expire before send out to customers. Many of people don?ÇÖt know Lysol do expire but we know base on OEM?ÇÖs batch and FAB date.”

“Your prices are great. Your shipping time is phenomenal. However, it is extremely difficult and frustrating to find a specific product on your sight. For instance, if I want Avery Legal Divider Exhibit Tab "E", I can't just search for it and it pops up. There is no way to find what you actually want on your site. Even your customer reps have had problems with this when I've called for help. If it wasn't for your low pricing, I wouldn't use this site at all. Also, your shipping rates are really expensive.”

“I placed 2 orders so I could have a couple of items quickly and the rest I could wait on. I paid extra for expedited processing for the 2 items they arrived after the regular shipping. Everything arrived in good condition.”

“Product arrived quickly. Unfortunately a bit damaged on top corner. looked like it may have been dropped. I thought it more of a hassle to send back. Banged dented corner area with rubber mallet. drawers and lock worked properly, so I can live with it.”

“The only problem I have had with Zerbee is the packaging of my orders. Boxes are not heavy duty and items are just thrown in and they do not make sure that things can't be damaged in transit.”

“I ordered 1000 Quality Park Reveal-n-Seal #10 Security Window Envelopes. I received 950. I'm sure this problem is with Quality Park and not Zerbee, but you should know about this and let Quality Park know about it as well. I run a print shop and I had to short my customer, which never reflexes well on me. This isn't the first time I've noticed a shortage from Quality Park, but it is the first time I've complained.”

“Order procedure quick and easy. Order arrived in 3 different shipments over two days. 2 of the 3 shipments were pretty beat up, but the product was intact.”

“I am very happy that I was able to find this product online. I've looked in stores and haven't had any luck. I'm completely happy with the time of delivery and the product. My only concern is that I received the product which is a 90 day supply. I started the supplement July 4, 2017. The supplements expire in September 2017. So the last month of supplements will be expired that I need to take”

“The product description and display on line did not give all of the information needed. I thought I was ordering original Expo Bold whiteboard markers and instead was shipped Expo Bold LOW ODOR whiteboard markers which we can not use on our whiteboards. Zerbee was very prompt and accommodating in getting the items returned.”

“product in boxes was not good the plastic pencil sharpeners must have been under some bigger boxes because 3 out of the pack were broke. there wasn't any packing in the big box so the ink pens and dry erase markers were busted open and scattered all in the bottom of the box.”

“Delivery was fast, but most of the paper products had dust all over them. I could literally wipe the notebooks and other items, and it left black/dark gray dust on my hand.”
