You need a better description of the product or better photos that are not misleading. I thought the product I ordered was much larger based on the photos and it was not clear about the size so when it arrived and saw that it was for the smaller size, I was very disappointed.

The product description and display on line did not give all of the information needed. I thought I was ordering original Expo Bold whiteboard markers and instead was shipped Expo Bold LOW ODOR whiteboard markers which we can not use on our whiteboards. Zerbee was very prompt and accommodating in getting the items returned.

If your order has issues which they all do you have to call...the lady who answers the phone is outright rude. Buyer beware.

I ordered two reams of heavy stock paper and clear 3/4" Scotch tape. The items came in a large box that had about 6 puffy packing pillows. The cover on one of the reams of paper was completely removed during shipping because there was too much room in the box. The paper was basically moving freely. If the paper had been 20# it would have been unusable. Some corners of one ream had been damage. I suggest using smaller, tighter boxes when sending reams of paper. Prices were ok. Quality and shipping time were good.

You didn't provide option for merchandise in this survey. There was a chip on the maple finish side of the table. Since we were using the cherry side, we didn't bother trying to return. Table isn't as sturdy as I had hoped - we'll see how it holds up. Price was great! Really like your store - hope future purchases are better.

Product is great but receiving 6 cartons for product was excessive and wasteful. Each carton contained only 4 packages of bandages when mfg pack is 8. All 24 packages could have fit in one shipping carton and would reduce packaging costs and eliminate good cartons from being unnecessarily placed in recycling. Also opening additional cartons, breaking them down and doing the recycling is a pain for your senior customers.

product recd ok but packing was a waste. Recd 6 boxes when only 2 needed. Had more filler than product in cartons. Customer service questioned but never responded back. Cost could be lower if packing and handling better controlled. Disappointed in customer service aspect.

I asked for single shipment. I got 3 partial shipments. Though quickly received within days of each other, it wasn't how I requested.

The expiration date on all 9 of the Digestive Advantage Lactose Defense formula boxes was 06/2020 ! Since \nit was March 2020 only 3 were before the expiration date .\n

I called a week after placing the order to check on lead time. customer service read the lead time stated online for this product and was abrupt and curt. I will not order from this site again

We understand that you are trying to ship quickly but sending 200 pens in 9 different shipments is just too much for us to handle. We will not be ordering again.

The product was sent UPS but handed off to the USPS who screwed up the delivery. Had I not been monitoring the delivery, I would still be waiting since it was sitting at the post office for me to go and pick up. For a $*** delivery charge I don't know why I had to drive 7 miles to pick it up. Won't use this service ever again.

Overall OK experience. The products received well but took very long time to deliver. When I followed up to see when will be shipped, a very rude girl answered and insulted me with racist comments, and then hanged up the phone. Then I called another rep who was nice and kind. At that time, he put the order in line for shipping (apparently that girl was not processing it).\n\nFinally we got the order .. too late but good.

Ordered markers.... gave to teacher to use, Markers were dried out so she threw them out as she tried them and they did not work. Got this survey to do... it says right on the survey, if you had problems, contact Zerbee BEFORE you fill this out.... so I did.\nWas told by ***, Customer Service, that she needed product to help with problem and since we threw them away they couldn't help..... I told her I didn't know the procedure and it was my teacher that actually threw them away...... No more response from ***.... :(

I was looking for the expandable file folders with 1-31 tabs. I reviewed a couple different ones but eventually ordered the wrong ones (A-Z). It would be very helpful if the (A-Z) was noted on the product description. Looking at the small picture and description I assumed I was still looking at the 1-31 tabbed folders. It cost me shipping back and probably shipping here after they adjust the invoice. Please take this into consideration when posting items. Thanks!!!

Your prices are great. Your shipping time is phenomenal. However, it is extremely difficult and frustrating to find a specific product on your sight. For instance, if I want Avery Legal Divider Exhibit Tab "E", I can't just search for it and it pops up. There is no way to find what you actually want on your site. Even your customer reps have had problems with this when I've called for help. If it wasn't for your low pricing, I wouldn't use this site at all. Also, your shipping rates are really expensive.
