*** was outstanding the multiple times we interacted........the inventory system needs work as 2012 Frankln Planner refill was shipped instead of 2014 refill that the warehouse assured Ms *** would be shipped. The old / out-of date inventory needs to be deleted/ managed better.

ordered 100 bottles of product. Only 21 were sent. Weeks went by and I finally had to inquire where the other 79 were?! Sales rep did respond immediately and resolved the problem by sending them out that same week. I did receive the rest of the bottles, but some bottles in each package seemed to leak perhaps from pressure in the plane travel and the entire bag was wet inside.

I got an order confirmation, but my package didn't show up. After 13 days I called and I liked how someone picked up the phone immediately and was very helpful, both times I called. Turns out my package got delivered to the wrong place and I wasn't alerted. I talked to someone who said they would take care of it and they did, the product arrived in the mail, but I didn't get an email or call saying it was on its way, which would have been nice.

Initially, did not receive my full order due to a misread from someone at zerbee.\nContacted Customer Service and they immediately arranged to send the remainder of the order.\n

While prices are very good, delivery could be better.\nNeed to eliminate the $*** rush handling and process orders as they are made. This two-tier system seems like a "cash cow" for the company.

Delivery was fast, but most of the paper products had dust all over them. I could literally wipe the notebooks and other items, and it left black/dark gray dust on my hand.

These were ok and accomplished what we wanted. Some of them had to be bent to close and some could not use.

The items that I ordered were poorly packed for shipping and arrived broken. Customer services was prompt in their reply and reshipped the items quickly.

Product is OK Customer Service not so much. I was having a problem getting my delivery, UPS status said label was created since December 4th, as of December 13th still hadn't received anything. Sent email got snide comment on how I am should be tracing my package I was tracing it ! Finally did receive it on Friday, December 14th they had to send out another package, Customer Service was not much help in resolving the issue\n

Please don't ship lumber crayons in soft packaging, over half of them were broken when they arrived.

the main complaint that I have with Zerbee is the fact that the promo codes that I receive at least twice a week in an email NEVER work. It doesn't matter what I am purchasing, It will just tell me that the code is invalid to the order that I am placing. The website will give no good reason for the code not applying to the order either.\nThere are many times that I will log onto Zerbee with plans to order something with the promo code that I received in my email, but it does not work so I shop elsewhere.

There needs to be an option for faster shipping. I could not find it and had to settle for ground shipping. I am still waiting on the product.

Prices good, but Zerbee broke up a relatively small order into FOUR separate shipments including one by a method we did not specify. That will make us think twice about ordering in the future.

product in boxes was not good the plastic pencil sharpeners must have been under some bigger boxes because 3 out of the pack were broke. there wasn't any packing in the big box so the ink pens and dry erase markers were busted open and scattered all in the bottom of the box.

We ordered 5 Lorell tables. 3 of the 5 boxes had significant damage. Surprisingly, only one edge of one table had mild compression/impact damage. The truck driver said that these were like this when he picked them up.

My shipment of sanitizing table wipes arrived in a less than desirable manner. Instead of being shipped in the 12-pack box I was expecting / had ordered, I found that 12 individual packages of the wipes had been thrown into a garbage bag, which was then put into a box and stuffed with paper as insulating material. \n\nIn the literal sense, I got what I paid for, so that?ÇÖs worth three stars. But I wasn?ÇÖt thrilled with how my order was filled and delivered.

I am a regular customer for several years now, and as a small business providing social services I need vendors that can help me with prices. I originally liked Zerbee because of your prices. I have also been pretty satisfied with the quality or the products. I am the least satisfied with the customer service. It has been inconsistent. I hope going forward I can get better service, because I get emails from many vendors every day, who are looking for my business. On my last order I had to cancel some of my items because the prices were not competitive and the representative was not responding to my emails/calls.I ended up ordering these items somewhere else at a better price (without having to speak with a representative). Thank you.
