“Bulk packed printer paper is not useful. I buy this paper to use throughout the year and it arrived in a dirty carton that was not protected during the shipment process. With the paper packed in reams, There was little issue with shipping dirt on the cartons. I would not recommend the bulk printer paper to anyone that would not repack the paper upon receipt. this survey assumes the issues are with employees or shipping....Not true this is a product suitability issue.”

“*** was outstanding the multiple times we interacted........the inventory system needs work as 2012 Frankln Planner refill was shipped instead of 2014 refill that the warehouse assured Ms *** would be shipped. The old / out-of date inventory needs to be deleted/ managed better.”

“I was very pleased with the price, order process and delivery time. However, the product I ordered, Clorox Bleach wipes, were packed in the box on their sides. The containers don't have any type of liquid proof seal, so they were leaking bleach solution. I just happened to be home when they were delivered so the box wasn't soaked through, but if I had been at work as usual, the box would have sat leaking on my front porch for 5 hours, possibly running into my flowerbed and killing some expensive shrubs and plants. Also, I'm sure it could have been a health hazard to the UPS driver to be handling products that were leaking bleach solution in his truck as well as when he was physically holding the box. And I could have received a product that was missing a large part of the cleaning solution that I had specifically ordered.”
