“Just a little confusion seeing a few days after I placed my order that " delivery was complete" when I had not received my item But my email was quickly answered clarifying the situation Delivery day/time frame was then scheduled and arrived accordingly Packaging was superb directions for putting the desk together were easy to follow and desk looks beautiful”

“I ordered a dozen no-wire bound notebooks from Zerbee a couple of weeks ago. The box arrived with only 11 notebooks. I did have to contact them about it - they didn't include a note saying, "Sorry, we'll have to send you the 12th notebook separately". BUT, when I did let them know about the missing notebook, they sent me the last one, fairly quickly. So, only 4 stars for not acknowledging the missing notebook from the start (and possibly trying to get away with it), but the box with the 11 notebooks did arrive quickly, and they did send the 12th one when I emailed them about it. And their prices are better than other office supplies sellers! I will definitely consider ordering from Zerbee again, next time I need any type of office supplies.”

“Very competitive prices in a number of categories. Order fulfillment has always been tops--well packaged and quickly delivered shipments. Highly personalized customer service. The office supply industry is changing across the board. There are fewer product choices than in the past, higher free-shipping minimums, and fewer promotional incentives. In that regard Zerbee is no worse than its competitors.”

“We purchased two items from Zerbee. One item was damaged in transit. We contact customer service. They promptly shipped another unit. The second unit was minimally damaged; we agreed to keep with a discount. Customer service is top-notch, friendly and responsive.”
