Your products arrived in a timely manner in good condition. They were of a slightly different white than ones I already had, but that didn't matter because they were being made into event tickets. The procedure was fine and I would recommend your company.

You guys prove over and over again that you are a great company to work with. \n\nI was initially mad to hear about your return policy, and that I only had 5 days to claim a missing item from the day it?ÇÖs dropped off at the distribution center, as I was out of the country and unable to receive all the packages in a timely fashion, and thus couldn't report my issues.\n\n But then you blew me away, by giving me a refund for all the products I had issues with, and not asking me to go through the hassle of sending it all back to you. I can honestly say I wasn?ÇÖt imagining it was going to work out so well in my favor. \n\nOne criticism however, as I mentioned to your twitter feed, you really need to work on your search function, and better categorize your products. I'd be happy to go into more detail over email the issues I noticed, so feel free to follow up. \n\nLastly, I hope that you update your listings picture for the Ampad Pastels blue writing pads to better reflect the color they are supposed to be, so people can be warned it's gray paper not blue. Also if you could change the listing for the Mr. Sketch stix markers to indicate they are the thicker bullet tip ones not the extra fine thin markers, you'd be doing a good service for listing accuracy and customer satisfaction. \n\nThanks again for taking the steps needed to resolve my issues and reaffirm that you are the best supply company to order from, not just because of the prices. Even though you may ship one pen in a giant box, or ship a ton of things separately, you guys are a joy to order from and I love the responsiveness of your twitter and customer service.

I really like buying Crayola brand Tempera paint from Zerbee as your prices are the best on the internet. There was even a discretion with the price of one item I was looking to buy - between your on-line catalog and what the price was registering within my shopping cart - therefore, I called your organization and a customer service rep agreed to give me the lower of the two prices. The reason I can't provide a 5 star rating at this time relates to the way in which your items were shipped. The paint bottles were thrown into a plastic bag within the box and a couple of the plastic lids of paint bottles arrived broken. The side of the box was also crushed - possibly the fault of the carrier - but more than likely because the box was half full as there was no filler (such as foam peanuts or rolled up paper) to prevent the empty spaced to be filled in as well as to prevent the items within to move around during transit.

Stop raising prices. Many times u order an item, then I go to order same item 2-3 months later and the price is higher.

Large wall calendar. Easy to read. Two months per page, that is, Jan and Feb are on one page, Mar and Apr on another, etc.

The brooms were perfect to use for a VBS prop, but were not really the type to be used for real cleaning. They were perfect for our need.

The items I ordered arrived in two days and were in exactly the same condition as described. The price of the items was very good - and I represent a nonprofit group so price is very important to us.

I was disappointed in the pre-numbered 1-10 tab dividers. I expected them to be larger tabs instead of the size of a 1-25 set. The are still usable--just not what I expected. Otherwise it was good.
