“Order process 5 stars, super fast and free delivery, cost on this site was the lowest for the same product on other sites. As with on line ordering of any product you cannot be 100% sure the product will meet your needs until you have it in your possession, Of course you have to assemble the chair before you can try it on this site you cannot return the product if it is assembled , and without penalty if it does not live up to your expectations: as it was in my case with this chair. \nProduct review, good for the price point, attractive, great lumbar support, well made and sturdy. The seat is not as cushy as I would have liked. The description of the product states that it tilts, however the spring tilt is too stiff the most it will tilt is an inch. If I was able to return it I would and get another that will tilt properly with a softer seat.”

“We ordered clear Pendaflex plastic folders - they were shipped in separate boxes and received on different days of the week. After removing the sticky labels from the first shipment received we noticed that the folders in the second shipment were not totally 'clear' - they had a very light lavendar color to them. In the interest of time we decided to use them and hope that our conference attendees did not notice the difference. Perhaps this could have been prevented beforehand.”

“Packages have arrived in a timely manner. You should be aware that there are some items that are a little more expensive than some of your competitors bearing in mind that there ARE also some that are cheaper also.”

“Although the initial order had some wrong items sent, the response from customer service was excellent. The corrected the issue, and sent out the correct items that day for next day delivery. I have not had a better response than the one given by this company.”

“Best prices I could find on the items I was looking for. Shipping was very quick - - although I thought a bit expensive for the two things I ordered (otherwise I'd have given 5 stars). Items were packaged well. Web site was easy to navigate and use.”

“I was thrilled that Zerbee had the product I could not find anywhere else however I was disappointed that I couldn't pay extra to have the product sent overnight. Apparently Zerbee doesn't have a way to do that ...I don't know why? But everything else was perfect..from my fiirst phone call to receiving the product when they said I would receive it. Thank you!”

“Unfortunately the shipper couldn't get the cabinet up the front stairs because it was too heavy. So he had to deliver to the basement and we had struggle with it ourselves. Taking it out of the box made it easier. The top drawer doesn't quite close all the way, which is slightly annoying, but not enough to send it back. Overall the piece looks great.”
