“the first shipment I received was for 2/3rd of my order. The other 1/3 arrived several days later. It would have been nice to have received the order all on the same day. But I realize sometimes it is subject to availability and I assume the last 1/3 of my order was only available in Arizona. Which is why there was a several day delay.”

“periodically some of the products look like they are thrown in, as the boxes are broke apart and the pens are mixed up and loose inside boxes. My biggest gripe tho is the fact you continually send me adds for 10-15% off, but because we sue purchase orders, we cannot use these discounts. My gripe is you will allow a credit card purchaser to use his card then you give him the discount, but you have to give a extra 2-3% to the credit card companies. I feel as if some one who buys regularly and pays on time is kind of being "discriminated against" to some degree. I can start paying with a card if I NEED to..but as a loyal customer, I should n't have to.... to get the sale promotion.”

“Pleased with quick shipping. However my order was rejected twice because they claimed I had the wrong billing address and I just got annoyed and forgot about the order and was going elsewhere. Then I was contacted by e-mail stating my order had gone through. Someone or something is screwed up with your on-line order taking.”

“The product seemed well made and more sturdy than would have suspected. Slightly on the heavy side and not quite as compact with fixed wheels. I was surprised at the quality although have not used it yet. The price was great.”

“I will definitely recommend *** to others.\nVery quick shipping and customer service (order confirmation, when shipped & tracking) as well as the price was very competitive on the printer stand I purchased.\n\nThe only issue I had which made me give less than 5 stars was that the printer stand was received damaged, but I didn't want to go though the trouble of returning it for replacement because I needed it quickly. unfortunately, It was bent on a couple of the legs but I was able to straighten it out enough to put it together. \n”

“Only reason I didn't give 5stars, I thought the shipping was a bit high. Every thing else great! Fast delivery which was very important, and took pay-pal. Yes would not hesitate to order again and would for sure recommend.”

“I did have an issue when ordering, I did not see where to put the voucher code that I had received. I added a note and a credit was promptly given. It would be helpful if you checked your checkout to see why I missed it or if the opportunity was not presented.”
