“I would definitely recommend your site; often times, however, I'm calling an item one name and you have it as another name. Don't know the answer to that other than trying to list items and show sub or other names. i.e. I was looking for bill counters and entered money counters. I eventually found what I wanted but took more time...thanks”

“We had received all of our paper somewhat intact with no physical damage to the paper, however, all reams and their covers appeared been handled very poorly as if someone had ripped all the covers of the reams, exposing the paper. Having to use this paper, and possibly using some reams of paper for display will not be possible as the wrapping around the reams are in poor condition, though the paper is in great physical condition. Packaging was satisfactory, so damage to paper wrapping couldn't be possible. \n\nPaper we had ordered was shipped in 3 different boxes with no reason as to why, other than the possibility of coming from different warehouses. \n\nOverall, the product arrived somewhat intact, however the wrapping around each ream has been ripped to shreds as though someone was just ripping the covers off.”

“The reason of the 4-star was that I had to stop the check-out process and call them to ask the amount of shipping fee. Although a lady promptly informed me, that information could have been posted somewhere or top area on the home page which is highly visible. Many merchants usually notify the shipping cost up front on the home page because it is attractive. (e.g. Free shipping for over $XX) Given that the price for the item I wanted to buy among the competitors were so close, the shipping cost would have made either make or break the decision. Overall, I am satisfied by the the price and the free shipping that they offer.”

“I was satisfied as I had attempted to order a similar item from two other vendors who eventually responded that they didn't have the item. My only suggestion was that when I placed the order, I was told it would take 7-14 days as the item was made to order and not in stock. After about 10 days, I checked into the order to see its status and learned that it had already shipped a few days earlier. It would have been nice to get an email when it finally shipped as a heads up.”
