“Way too many unsolicited emails! That always makes me so cross! Turns me off for future purchases. My purchase said it would take a month to arrive but was here in less than a week, that was great. The phone feels to be a little cheaper quality than I had hoped but will serve the purpose.”

“Need to pack products better to protect them. I ordered multiple boxes of highlighters and some rings. The highlighter boxes were mostly broken open from being bounced around so much in shipping WITHOUT ANY PACKING PROTECTION IN THE BOX AT ALL.”

“Price, quality of product, information before the purchase and prompt shipping were all +A. I would have preferred a shipping and handling fee that was LESS than the purchase price of the item, however. The only thing that stops me from awarding 5 stars.”

“Very good prices and friendly customer service. Replaced my rain damaged order. However I had asked if I had to send back my damaged order for the replacement and was told that wasn't necessary. However, after 10 days, when my replacement order hadn't arrived I called back and they said they needed my damaged goods. Not a problem but the poor information delayed the replacement order.”

“i would certainly recommend you to a friend etc. The pricing was good and you came up with a good shipper which it highly unlikely for New Orleans. Normally material comes damaged. Keep the shipper if you haven't had any issues and pay them what ever it is as I'm telling you, this is a trash town from border to border, run by thoughless attendants who could care less about individuals. Been here 40 years and I know what i am talking about through experience. This is the first time I haven't had issues.”

“Order came quickly. At first I received the wrong product but the customer service department was quick to reply and get the correct item shipped out. It was packaged well and had no damage when received. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the shipping cost was a little steep. Almost as much as the item itself. Otherwise everything was great!”
