Quality of product and cost was very competitive, however I had this last purchased delivered to Canada and the shipping cos was nearly 50% of the product costs.

Customer Service is great. The sales team is also great. The only concern I have is the way the items are packaged. Proper packaging would protect the items from being damaged.

Price was good. Delivery was reasonable. Product quality high. Could not realize from description that product did not fit. Oh well.

My box arrived with a tear in it. I suggest you use stronger boxes for heavier items.

periodically some of the products look like they are thrown in, as the boxes are broke apart and the pens are mixed up and loose inside boxes. My biggest gripe tho is the fact you continually send me adds for 10-15% off, but because we sue purchase orders, we cannot use these discounts. My gripe is you will allow a credit card purchaser to use his card then you give him the discount, but you have to give a extra 2-3% to the credit card companies. I feel as if some one who buys regularly and pays on time is kind of being "discriminated against" to some degree. I can start paying with a card if I NEED to..but as a loyal customer, I should n't have to.... to get the sale promotion.

I have made large purchases with this company and the products and delivery were good. But your site would not accept my company credit card and i kept having to use my managers card which became troublesome. Customer service again was amazing but in the end it was too difficult to get my card to work so my manager said it wasn't worth saving $*** or more dollars when staples accepts my card with no problems. Hopefully if you can figure out the card issues we will give you our business.

In order to get many of the colors of whiteboard markers we use, it was necessary to order a multi-pack instead of individually. This gave us more colors than we would have liked...would love to see the ability to order each color individually.

The basic service by Zerbee was very satisfactory -- the item purchased (large and rather fragile) was in excellent condition and unexpectedly delivered within just a few days of placing the order.\n\nHowever, the customer service was rude and insulting, both in Zerbee's answer to my email request for shipment information and in my personal phone call to their office. During the first week after ordering, for some reason the "track shipping" function on the website repeatedly said that there was no record of my order, but when I asked for a checkup on that, I was curtly reminded that I had been told that the order would be delivered in two weeks or more and that I should stop asking about it and just wait. Immediately after that my family informed me that the big package had arrived!\n\nI would suggest: (1) Fix that "check shipment" button on the website; and (2) Get that crabby woman out of the customer service department -- maybe she has just been snowed in too long.

The quad desk is great. It was bigger than we expected. Maybe a diagram of the desk and space needed to maneuver around the desk would be helpful.\n\nI am a pro at putting furniture together and this was by far the hardest thing I have ever done. It took us about seven hours. The instructions were fairly clear except for the brackets for the legs. There were NO instructions for that.
