“Hello, Zerbee.\n\n2 observations:\n\n1. The price on the product changed every day. One day it was $15.05 per box, then $18.00 per box, and then it came back down to where I could buy.\n\n2. UPS shipping - as always as is with UPS, one of the boxes had a hole punched in the side. Fortunately, this time no product was stolen. \n\nI really would like to have USPS shipments. You should look into it. Everyone is doing it these days and we customers (who pay for product) like it. To a PO Box, and that way UPS isn't coming to your house, scoping things out while you are away.\n\nUPS stands for:\n\n1. Ur Product's Smashed (happened to me)\n2. Ur Product's Stolen (happened to me)\n3. Ur Product's Scorched (happened to me)\n4. Ur Product's Somewhere (happened to me)\n\nMy experience is that USPS gets product to me 2-4 days faster than UPS. \n\nThank you for selling good products at an affordable price.”

“I love the speed in which my 2 packages arrived. Excellent. But I rated you overall GOOD because I found it really odd that you would mail items that could have been sent in an envelop, in a large box with bubble cushion. I only ordered labels, not a GoPro. The packaging I thought was suitable for such a device. I believe you can cut expenses of shipping by going a much simpler packaging. Thank you.”

“Service and timing was good. I noticed that I clicked on a previous order confirmation email to return to the Johnson & Johnson mini first aid kits I had ordered before, and I got the same price as the first time I ordered them. However, if I manually searched on the website for the same Item#, a price nearly 18 cents higher per piece was shown. I will remember to click on my confirmation emails in the future, but thought you may want to be aware of the discrepancy.”

“Sometimes products take longer than other to receive. So when I am in a hurry to get a product to continue a project it can get delayed. If this was resolved, I would give 5 starts. Love the selection and the prices.”

“The turn around time for shipping is good. The product selection is good. However, this time one of the cartons of reams of paper was completely ripped, and the other one was taped together.....\nNot sure if it is on Zerbee's end, or UPS's end. The product seems fine though thus far!”

“Zerbee has always been great and super-fast in the past but this order has been the exception. I sill haven't actually received all of it. Part of the order came in and the rest was lost by UPS. Zerbee has re-shipped the missing items but I don't actually have them as yet.”

“I ended up with a separate box for each item. Some very large boxes for tiny items. Seems a waste in shipping and resources. The items were from the same manufacturer and should have been matched sets. \n\nHowever, I received all items quickly, just a lot of boxes and shipping material.”

“Ordering was simple and customer service was very helpful. This was a huge help since just under half of my order was damaged in shipping. When I contacted the company they immediately resolved the issue and sent new items by next day courier. I would have given a full 5 stars if the company would have pro-actively contacted me about the items that had been returned while still in the shipping process due to damage spotted even before the item was delivered to me.”
