“The report covers were pretty cheap looking but it doesn't matter for our purposes. The cost was 25% cheaper than local stores.”

“Checkout process was quick and easy, and product arrived in a timely manner. The only area needing improvement is their order status email/communication. My order still showed a status of "Unshipped", but had in fact been shipped out and I just had not been notified or sent a tracking number.”

“Sturdy platform with excellent casters. Although Product Details section of web page says no assembly needed, you do need to bolt on the casters. Unfortunately, the bolts are about 3mm (1/8") too short to easily accommodate the lock washers and nuts. This is inconvenient and time-wasting. That aside, would recommend to others.”

“On the whole, Zerbee did a great job in filling my order...a glitch occurred with one item I ordered but when I contacted their customer service via email, not only did I receive a prompt reply but they sent out the rest of what I could receive, due to dwindled supply, out quickly.\nMuch appreciated and I will shop here again, in the future.”

“Service and timing was good. I noticed that I clicked on a previous order confirmation email to return to the Johnson & Johnson mini first aid kits I had ordered before, and I got the same price as the first time I ordered them. However, if I manually searched on the website for the same Item#, a price nearly 18 cents higher per piece was shown. I will remember to click on my confirmation emails in the future, but thought you may want to be aware of the discrepancy.”

“I will definitely recommend *** to others.\nVery quick shipping and customer service (order confirmation, when shipped & tracking) as well as the price was very competitive on the printer stand I purchased.\n\nThe only issue I had which made me give less than 5 stars was that the printer stand was received damaged, but I didn't want to go though the trouble of returning it for replacement because I needed it quickly. unfortunately, It was bent on a couple of the legs but I was able to straighten it out enough to put it together. \n”

“My printable price tags arrived timely and were as described. With shipping, the price was about what I paid for them at Staples, but they don't carry them anymore. Next time I order printable business cards, I'll look to Zerbee.”
