“Order process 5 stars, super fast and free delivery, cost on this site was the lowest for the same product on other sites. As with on line ordering of any product you cannot be 100% sure the product will meet your needs until you have it in your possession, Of course you have to assemble the chair before you can try it on this site you cannot return the product if it is assembled , and without penalty if it does not live up to your expectations: as it was in my case with this chair. \nProduct review, good for the price point, attractive, great lumbar support, well made and sturdy. The seat is not as cushy as I would have liked. The description of the product states that it tilts, however the spring tilt is too stiff the most it will tilt is an inch. If I was able to return it I would and get another that will tilt properly with a softer seat.”

“I was very happy with how the freight company handled my order ?Çô they were excellent. However, from the time I paid for my order to when I actually received it was quite lengthy. Other than this, I?ÇÖm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Zerbee to others.”

“Even though I measured and felt this riser would work for my desk, it was way too large. I am sending it back from something a little smaller. There is nothing wrong with this one except for the size the area I have to accommodate it.”

“I use the retractable knives to take coupon labels for non profit at our local Food Pantry. I like the knife to be retractable because I must put it down often to restock etc and I am always concerned about safety in the crowded environment. I have not been able to find them locally so ordered four to make sure we have enough. They do wear out quickly, maybe 5 months.”

“Service is great, delivery time is good. This time it was great. Prices used to be great and thats what brought us to Zerbee but now they've risen to be almost the same as the competitors so we don't use Zerbee as often.”

“Although the initial order had some wrong items sent, the response from customer service was excellent. The corrected the issue, and sent out the correct items that day for next day delivery. I have not had a better response than the one given by this company.”
