“Service was good, but price per item was the same price I paid for a pack of 4 of the same item, by the same mfr, when in Tampa, florida 3 years ago at a supermarket (retail).\n\nThere I paid $1.99 for a pack of 4 paper plate holders, and this recent order I paid $24 for a pack of 12...would think they would be cheaper wholesale direct from the mfr....???...”

“I would have given them 5 stars, but I feel their distributors should provide them with higher quality images of the products they are selling. To no fault of theirs really, I ordered the wrong thing, the good part was I was easily able to find the return request button, got a response in 24 hours and they not only got everything to me right away, they suggested which products I was looking for based off our conversation and what my budget was. I am very impressed with the customer service, the company just needs to update their product images...”

“Great price on the batteries I ordered. Lowest price I've seen on the internet. The packing/shipping was a bit shoddy. The 9V batteries had fallen out of their boxes and were rattling loose inside the shipping box. No damage, just a little more work unpacking and storing them.”

“I ordered filing folders online and my order was split into 2 shipments. I received one shipment the following day, however the second shipment never arrived. I contacted customer service and they sent another shipment which was delivered the next business day. In all it was a pleasant and easy expereince. I will use your services again.”

“Zerbee was very efficient at fulfilling my large order. Items were sent from multiple warehouses the next very day. My only difficulty was trying to make a correction to my order a few minutes after I had placed it. They were not able to apply the fix until all the items had already shipped.”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED that you no longer carry our HP toner supplies. That is a terrible blow to my office supplies budget. \n\nIt would have been nice to have had a little bit of a head's up so I could have stocked up. Or at least not to have had the rude surprise that not only were they no longer available, they were also stripped from my favorites list, so i don't even have all the item nu,bers any more.”

“We placed a small order to try you out. All products were what we expected, no substitutions...which we had been kind of expecting because of the huge pricing disparity between you and the 'other guys' . All in all, our initial order was received promptly, in good condition and at the prices quoted. We *will* be ordering again!”

“I am very happy with Zerbee. I DO check pricing constantly. And when there is something available at a lower price for the exact same item, I will ask for the same price to be honored at Zerbee. I have never been refused. The Customer Service people have changed my shopping cart, and emailed me to say they had done so. Can't get much better than that...the product I want at the price I want to pat and communication, too! Also, the site is user-friendly and easy .”

“The only 'complaint' I have is regarding my most recent order of multiple boxes of legal file folders. When received, some of the boxes were so busted up I had to tape them to keep the contents inside. Luckily, only a few of the folders were bent. I would still recommend Zerbee to others - you have great prices.”

“Packaging. Better packaging will ensure that items are delivered in good conditions. It appears that merchandise if just being thrown in the box and shipped. soft boxes are usually crushed in transit (ex.pens)”
