“Zerbee was very efficient at fulfilling my large order. Items were sent from multiple warehouses the next very day. My only difficulty was trying to make a correction to my order a few minutes after I had placed it. They were not able to apply the fix until all the items had already shipped.”

“The only 'complaint' I have is regarding my most recent order of multiple boxes of legal file folders. When received, some of the boxes were so busted up I had to tape them to keep the contents inside. Luckily, only a few of the folders were bent. I would still recommend Zerbee to others - you have great prices.”

“I am hoping to make Zerbee our usual office supply provider, as a replacement to ***. Zerbee offers better pricing, fast and polite customer service, and generally the same product offering. My first order with them got me the same products for dollars less, however, my only complaint was that the packaging was different than the picture and the item packaging was open. My second order seems satisfactory, but there are some slight variations from the products I purchase at Staples. I will be careful in the future to check each order and make sure I'm getting what I expect to.”

“I was pleased with the service and the expedience of getting my products. I order the wrong binder on my 1st order. I contacted *** and got a replacement of the correct item quickly.\nI do have one concern, I am supposed to be sending the first binder order back. I have asked *** on the phone twice and once through email to issue a UPS call tag so I can get them returned. He keep telling me that customer service will send an email with the call tag info. I am still waiting! It has been a week now. I have 12 boxes in my office that I need to send back. Please help!\n***”

“The product itself is great and I've never had an issue with pricing or delivery. But this time when I went to order my credit card was repeatedly declined saying that the billing address was wrong. After I called customer service it turned out that the billing address was fine - I hadn't entered a phone number.”
