“Quality of the product is excellent.\n\nNeeded to use a power drill. Very hard for me (63 yr old lady) to attempt with simple ***'s head screwdriver. Finally asked my handyman to finish it. \n\nOtherwise, would use you again. Best price + free shipping through *** = happy customer.”

“The price, product quality and delivery timeliness were excellent. But the lower rating comes from a lack of communication to the delivery truck driver. In email exchanges I requested 24 hour notice of delivery. I received a call from the delivery driver at the delivery site; I was 15 minutes away working at a job site. Luckily I could freely leave work for dealing with the items. The driver did not want to wait but was willing to drop the items by our front door. Thankfully the delivery site is a quiet, safe location.”

“I thought the order process was very good. Once I placed the order, I received an email stating that there would be an additional charge for delivery and to have the pieces taken off the truck which I was surprised to hear. Thank goodness we had a loading dock and some guys here to unload it. Other than the additional charges for delivery, I was pleased with our purchase.”

“Your products arrived in a timely manner in good condition. They were of a slightly different white than ones I already had, but that didn't matter because they were being made into event tickets. The procedure was fine and I would recommend your company.”

“I love the speed in which my 2 packages arrived. Excellent. But I rated you overall GOOD because I found it really odd that you would mail items that could have been sent in an envelop, in a large box with bubble cushion. I only ordered labels, not a GoPro. The packaging I thought was suitable for such a device. I believe you can cut expenses of shipping by going a much simpler packaging. Thank you.”
