“The basic service by Zerbee was very satisfactory -- the item purchased (large and rather fragile) was in excellent condition and unexpectedly delivered within just a few days of placing the order.\n\nHowever, the customer service was rude and insulting, both in Zerbee's answer to my email request for shipment information and in my personal phone call to their office. During the first week after ordering, for some reason the "track shipping" function on the website repeatedly said that there was no record of my order, but when I asked for a checkup on that, I was curtly reminded that I had been told that the order would be delivered in two weeks or more and that I should stop asking about it and just wait. Immediately after that my family informed me that the big package had arrived!\n\nI would suggest: (1) Fix that "check shipment" button on the website; and (2) Get that crabby woman out of the customer service department -- maybe she has just been snowed in too long.”

“Letter trays came right away and were very nice - top stitching on one is a little crooked, but not worth returning. Took about two months to get the desk mat as it was back ordered. It just arrived and is very nice. We received emails to keep us informed on the status and time of delivery on the desk mat, so it arrived just as we expected.”

“Great company - good prices - they had great prices to start but they're going up and aren't as competitive as when they launched. Very responsive and still have some good deals but you have to shop.”

“Service is great, delivery time is good. This time it was great. Prices used to be great and thats what brought us to Zerbee but now they've risen to be almost the same as the competitors so we don't use Zerbee as often.”

“Easy to use the website. I thought that the folders were a little off color. The purple wasn't as vibrant as I thought it would be but that had nothing to do the Zerbee. I got what I ordered quickly and all in one order. Not several over the course of a few weeks.”

“Online site was easy to maneuver and order. Shipment was made promptly and accurately.\n\nOnly "wish" is that we could have selected the color of the item ordered (binders) rather than assorted. It appears that the binders were individually pulled so pulling specific colors (only when requested) would be helpful. Oh well...life goes on. :-)\n\nThank you.”
