“I ordered 6 Pentel lead pencils, extra lead and erasers from Zerbee. The order arrived in 2 days so I was very pleased. The items were just rolling around loosely in the box, i feel they could've wrapped or restrained the items in the box somehow to protect them during shipping, though everything did come in tact. 2 of the 6 pencils had issues with the erasers coming off with/ in their caps when pulled off. That was a bit annoying, but I can tolerate it since it's just 2. I would still purchase from Zerbee again.”

“Customer Service is great. The sales team is also great. The only concern I have is the way the items are packaged. Proper packaging would protect the items from being damaged.”

“I only gave 4 stars because when you buy big ticket item numbers, and since Zerbee does price matching, I wish we could buy it for the price we found it for elsewhere right away or get reimbursed for it. Is there a faster and easier way to get that?”

“The package arrived very promptly. The next day. It was a small package of staples and it was put in a huge packing container, allowing the small box to flop around In the container quite a bit. It arrived undamaged but would recommend that such a box be put in a smaller package and packed a little bit better than it was.”

“The price, product quality and delivery timeliness were excellent. But the lower rating comes from a lack of communication to the delivery truck driver. In email exchanges I requested 24 hour notice of delivery. I received a call from the delivery driver at the delivery site; I was 15 minutes away working at a job site. Luckily I could freely leave work for dealing with the items. The driver did not want to wait but was willing to drop the items by our front door. Thankfully the delivery site is a quiet, safe location.”
