I thought I might need more of the colored pencil sets, but when I went back to place another order a couple of days later, the price had gone up by at least 15%. I chose not to make another order.

I switched to Zerbee from one of their competitors six months ago and am very pleased. With one exception (package plastered with mailing labels, so I couldn't resell it), Zerbee's customer service and pricing has been superb!

The website, search and selection process was very useful to find the exact product needed. The order placed met the free shipping and arrived on a very timely basis. The items were packed sufficiently that they arrived without damage or problems. Overall a good purchase process.

Our order was damaged during shipping, but Zerbee sent us a packaging slip to send it back. Zerbee didn't have anymore in stock so we had to wait a few weeks to get a replacement. But the customer service rep was very helpful and kept me updated on when the new item would be in and shipped. Will definitely do business again with them due to their great customer service.

Everything was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there wasn't a very good photo of the product I was buying. There was only the cover, and not the actual application itself. I had to guess that the product I was buying was the correct one.

I wasn't happy about my order having 5 different shipments. Still waiting for the last one to come in. I ordered 10 days ago and it was on a $250 order. The prices were great and wonderful selections of products too. Only complaint is the shipping.

We had received all of our paper somewhat intact with no physical damage to the paper, however, all reams and their covers appeared been handled very poorly as if someone had ripped all the covers of the reams, exposing the paper. Having to use this paper, and possibly using some reams of paper for display will not be possible as the wrapping around the reams are in poor condition, though the paper is in great physical condition. Packaging was satisfactory, so damage to paper wrapping couldn't be possible. \n\nPaper we had ordered was shipped in 3 different boxes with no reason as to why, other than the possibility of coming from different warehouses. \n\nOverall, the product arrived somewhat intact, however the wrapping around each ream has been ripped to shreds as though someone was just ripping the covers off.

Our first shipment was 80% successful. One item, a box of paper arrived and was an utter mess. The wrappers for each ream of paper was torn to shreds, leaving paper flying and damaged. We contacted customer support and sent me a return shipping label and we got a new and in-tact shipment in return. \nBringing the 60 lb box to the UPS store was a huge pain, so if there were a way to arrange a pickup that would be even better. \n

i would certainly recommend you to a friend etc. The pricing was good and you came up with a good shipper which it highly unlikely for New Orleans. Normally material comes damaged. Keep the shipper if you haven't had any issues and pay them what ever it is as I'm telling you, this is a trash town from border to border, run by thoughless attendants who could care less about individuals. Been here 40 years and I know what i am talking about through experience. This is the first time I haven't had issues.

In general, Zerbee's service is excellent. Most often, we receive our order the next day. However on our last order, we are still waiting on 1 item to arrive. It is a very small item (.5mm lead refills), but we still have not received the item.

I would have given them 5 stars, but I feel their distributors should provide them with higher quality images of the products they are selling. To no fault of theirs really, I ordered the wrong thing, the good part was I was easily able to find the return request button, got a response in 24 hours and they not only got everything to me right away, they suggested which products I was looking for based off our conversation and what my budget was. I am very impressed with the customer service, the company just needs to update their product images...
