“Two other people in my company were copied on all emails regarding delivery and invoice payment although I did not give out their emails/addresses.\n\nI called the customer service phone number to pay for my delivery via credit card. I was asked questions such as po# and customer/account# - both of which were not on my invoice - I had an invoice number only. After getting info on my name, ordered products I was then sent into someone's voicemail. I hit 0 to speak to a live person.\n\nThis time I got a person that asked for my account id and company information. Finally after not finding me in the system they asked if I had ordered from them - a different company name. I advised I ordered through Zerbee. They hung up and I called the customer service number again.\n\nThis time I got the same person as I first called and told her I did not want to be put into voicemail - I want to pay for my product delivery - I asked if she would pass along my info already taken about my invoice to the person she was transferring me to - she said no, I asked to not be put into voicemail and she said that she cannot tell if they were on the phone or not - I answered that the phone rang and then into voicemail so no, she was not on the line on another call. I was cut off and patched to 'Connie' to process my payment. Connie was very nice. *** Improve customer service phone tree process ***”

“products are very high quality, and arrived very quickly. The only problem is that I had thought I had ordered legal size folders, and letter sized ones came. I will need to reorder.”

“I have made large purchases with this company and the products and delivery were good. But your site would not accept my company credit card and i kept having to use my managers card which became troublesome. Customer service again was amazing but in the end it was too difficult to get my card to work so my manager said it wasn't worth saving $*** or more dollars when staples accepts my card with no problems. Hopefully if you can figure out the card issues we will give you our business.”

“Product is great - meets ours needs. Shipment could improve. I would like full cases, but this shipment came in about 9 boxes rather than 4 full cases. One box had 2 rolls of tape! Anyway to request full cases only?\n\nThanks,\n***”

“I see that they are comparable to what I have been purchasing. I order all supplies for our organization and we're a nonprofit so I look for the best options available.\nYour product came quickly......Great!\nYour product was a few cents more expensive.....Not so great.\nInterestingly, we were charged tax but the other supplier does not.....I'm just curious about that.”

“All done well; right product, fast standard shipping, reasonable price. \nThe items shipped in two separate boxes which was momentarily confusing as The packing list did not list the unshipped item whatsoever and I wondered if the order had been goofed up.”

“Zerbee has fantastic prices compared to most other office supply retailers. Orders are usually received with in a week. It can be a bit confusing as to when items will arrive as they normally ship from multiple warehouses. So it's kind of a surprise as to when supplies will be trickling in. So far I have been very pleased with Zerbee.”

“I really like the site. The only thing i notice that occasionally bothers me, is when i find the perfect product, click on it for details, and then it is out of stock. If there was some kind of icon on the image (in the search page that returns products) to let you know that it's unavailable that would be great. Or even a provided estimate of when it would be back in stock. I've bought other products you were "out" of from office depot just because i was unsure how long it would be out of stock. Considering most of our supply orders are not immediate, if i knew i only had to wait a few days or a week for the product to be restocked, I would just wait and order from you.”
