“Great prices”

“1 box was not packaged very well. The 3 packages of loose ream paper were all torn (assuming this was from from being jostled around in the box during shipment). They were still usable, but the outer wrappings were pretty tattered.\n\nThe second box was carefully packaged and all items arrived in excellent shape.\n\nPrices were pretty good; shipping was extremely quick. Order process was relatively easy. \n\nI would recommend Zerbee to others.\n”

“Office items I ordered arrived very timely. I had a large item that was to be delivered by freight. I didn't know if it was backordered or not. I would have liked to have estimated delivery date. All worked out fine.”

“Items arrived very quickly but in 4 separate shipping containers. This is not very efficient and likely caused your company to expend additional shipping and handling charges which can't be good for your profit margin.”

“I am very happy with Zerbee. I DO check pricing constantly. And when there is something available at a lower price for the exact same item, I will ask for the same price to be honored at Zerbee. I have never been refused. The Customer Service people have changed my shopping cart, and emailed me to say they had done so. Can't get much better than that...the product I want at the price I want to pat and communication, too! Also, the site is user-friendly and easy .”

“The turn around time for shipping is good. The product selection is good. However, this time one of the cartons of reams of paper was completely ripped, and the other one was taped together.....\nNot sure if it is on Zerbee's end, or UPS's end. The product seems fine though thus far!”
