“your prices are great! Delivery time was fantastic. Shape of items delivered, not so good. I ordered 10 cases of paper and all was there and the reams of paper were intact but the cases were mostly torn open to about 30% destroyed. I would recommend you for sure but maybe be a little more careful with delivery.”

“Overall I was very happy with my order. I did feel that the customer service rep. that I spoke with (when I was having trouble ordering online) was not very friendly. That is my only complaint. The rest of the service was awesome!”

“Service was good, but price per item was the same price I paid for a pack of 4 of the same item, by the same mfr, when in Tampa, florida 3 years ago at a supermarket (retail).\n\nThere I paid $1.99 for a pack of 4 paper plate holders, and this recent order I paid $24 for a pack of 12...would think they would be cheaper wholesale direct from the mfr....???...”

“The reason of the 4-star was that I had to stop the check-out process and call them to ask the amount of shipping fee. Although a lady promptly informed me, that information could have been posted somewhere or top area on the home page which is highly visible. Many merchants usually notify the shipping cost up front on the home page because it is attractive. (e.g. Free shipping for over $XX) Given that the price for the item I wanted to buy among the competitors were so close, the shipping cost would have made either make or break the decision. Overall, I am satisfied by the the price and the free shipping that they offer.”

“Prices are great and even when our company finds the item cheaper Zerbees price matches like promised. The only thing wrong with having to have Zerbees price match is the late responses.”

“I printed my order when I placed it but it had no cost on it. It would be good to send an invoice costed out when shipped. \nThe product is a good product and it is good to find it in stock when needed.”

“I would/have recommend this site/company to others largely because of the great pricing. I have not had any interaction with customer support, so I would like to see the order process made easier by having it easier to find products. Once you have entered a search, there are not good eliminating options to pair down the search. That would be my biggest complaint.”

“Had great response from ***. He called immediately after I sent a request for quotes and sent several quotes right away. This was awesome. When I had any questions, he was very responsive on returning my call or email and answering my questions.\n\nAs far as the supplier, I was not happy that my credita card was charged way before the product was shipped . We just received the product this past Monday, March 31st, and my credit card was charged on March 20th.”

“The prices were very good however the description of some items weren't specific enough. I thought I was ordering a box of regular pilot pens but it turned out they were mini pilot pens. I also think that each product should have at least one picture next to its packaging (a picture of a pen alone and then one picture next to a box where that pen is from). Other than that the checkout process was very convenient and easy. I would definitely order from Zebree again and recommend it to others.”

“As I have said before, the search option needs some work. When asking for a specific item, it brings up all kinds of unwanted options. Otherwise, everything is great. Can't beat the prices, and we can always count on having our order the next day, barring out of stocks.\nGreat job”
