“Delivery was very speedy. Price of items was excellent. Shipping was a bit expensive in comparison to the cost of the items I purchased. 4 pairs of the 10 pairs of bookends I ordered were missing the non slide material on the bottom. Was able to find some rubber pads to attach..”

“The experience overall was very good. The only minor issue encountered is regarding the order receipt received via email. I print these out to attach to my expense report and the manner in which the table of itemized materials is set up will somtimes cause certain lines to be obscured when breaking across pages.”

“Order sent in two shipments. First came promptly, second came from manufacturer. No word on arrival about this one. After a few weeks I reached out to customer service. Never heard back but item came shortly after contacting customer service. Would be nice to be able to track shipment or get a courteous update.”

“I was very happy with the service. I emailed my representative and he got back to me within hours and steered me in the direction I needed to be. When the order came we were missning an item-I emailed my rep and the item was shipped out right away.”

“I gave four stars, because the product I ordered does not look like it did in the picture your site. On your site the glue had a precision tip and the wide cap to store the bottle upside down in. That is the reason, why I ordered the product. I wanted it with the wide cap. The glue I got only has the precision tip with a tiny cap on the end.”
