“The website was easy to navigate and locate the blood pressure pump bulb I needed, and was easy to place the order. The package arrived very quickly and intact. The only disappointment: having no "cheap delivery" option to choose from for this shipment. I didn't need the two- or three-day delivery that reflected my shipping cost which DOUBLED my total purchase price. What's wrong with a less-expensive postal ground option?\n\nThanks much, \n-***”

“Service was amazing, item arrived next day. \n\nWebsite photo did not match the product. I really wanted the one in the picture, not the 'new improved' model i received. Contacted customer service and the pictured one is no longer available. \n\nNot Zerbee's fault, exactlly. Dealings and response with Zerbee's were excellent but I wish website photo matched the actual product.”

“I probably would recommend you. I was just disappointed in timing as Hon was shut down July 4th week so that prolonged our order even more. Kind of frustrating that they do that. Also, I thought the length of time for the items to get here seemed long as they were picked up June 17th and arrived June 28th. I know some of these issues aren't because of Zerbee but just sharing the over all experience.”

“All though I am delighted with my order, it really did not warrant being shipped by a full size semi when *** or *** would have done just as well. A lot of city and village streets do not have the capability of receiving semis due to low hanging overhead wires and weight restrictions. Thankfully that was not a problem here but clearance of overhead wires were very close. All in all I am very happy with my order.”

“I was thrilled that Zerbee had the product I could not find anywhere else however I was disappointed that I couldn't pay extra to have the product sent overnight. Apparently Zerbee doesn't have a way to do that ...I don't know why? But everything else was perfect..from my fiirst phone call to receiving the product when they said I would receive it. Thank you!”

“It seems it is all automated. A personal touch like an email from someone would have made the experience more enjoyable. Everything else was great. Online ordering was easy, tracking email was timely and shipping was right on the mark. I will order from again as long as the prices are competitive or lower than the other vendors I use.”

“I liked the sliding tabs, but they're a little hard to pry apart and apply to my hanging file folders. With more practice I will probably find a trick that makes it easier. ZERBEE had the best price by far for sliding tabs. I just wish the shipping hadn't been so expensive (nearly $8) for something so small. But their shipping rates were very similar to other websites. Overall, I'm happy : )”
