“My experience with Zerbee was very good. Even though the product I purchased as a gift was damaged and there wasn't another in stock to substitute, your customer service representative, ***, was very helpful. She was friendly and polite, and was thorough in providing the instructions for my return. After our telephone conversation, she learned that the manufacturer didn't want the item back, yet a refund was still provided to me. So though I am disappointed that my gift wasn't a full success, I am grateful for the manner I was treated and the ease of everything.”

“My order was shipped in two separate packages. As someone who is very aware of the carbon footprint of having two truck routes on the ground, and two boxes manufactured, packed, and shipped, I like to keep the environmental costs down when making purchases. So, I would have liked to have the choice of whether to wait a little longer to have everything ship together, or to have it shipped separately. That is my only less than positive comment. All items were received as ordered, in a very prompt manner, and I am pleased with the items I chose!”

“I certainly would recommend Zerbee; the products I received were of good quality, a fair price, and the delivery time was as promised. My only complaint is that the shipping container was huge, way too large for the items I received. I am in a wheelchair, and needed to get outside assistance both for bringing the box into the house, and again for disposing of it; it was far too large for either my wheelchair or my walker, and certainly didn't need to be.”
