“We placed a small order to try you out. All products were what we expected, no substitutions...which we had been kind of expecting because of the huge pricing disparity between you and the 'other guys' . All in all, our initial order was received promptly, in good condition and at the prices quoted. We *will* be ordering again!”

“I was disappointed in the pre-numbered 1-10 tab dividers. I expected them to be larger tabs instead of the size of a 1-25 set. The are still usable--just not what I expected. Otherwise it was good.”

“I wish there was a way to know if Items ordered were backordered and ship later or deleted from order. So that items were not ordered twice.\n\nThis is very important to me as I place several orders weekly.\n\nOtherwise, I am very happy with the quick turn around from time order placed to received!”

“I was very happy with the service. I emailed my representative and he got back to me within hours and steered me in the direction I needed to be. When the order came we were missning an item-I emailed my rep and the item was shipped out right away.”

“The only area i have an issue with is the time it takes my rep to get back with an answer for me. sometimes it's really just a quick yes or no on the reply back. Major problem with me. I would still recommend Zerbee and have in the past. I do make mention the lack of customer service. if you can fix that you would get a 5 star from me.”

“I was satisfied as I had attempted to order a similar item from two other vendors who eventually responded that they didn't have the item. My only suggestion was that when I placed the order, I was told it would take 7-14 days as the item was made to order and not in stock. After about 10 days, I checked into the order to see its status and learned that it had already shipped a few days earlier. It would have been nice to get an email when it finally shipped as a heads up.”
