“What I ordered was every bit as good as advertised and it arrived in a timely fashion”

“Actually, I would give a rating of 4 ??. The website was easy to use except for the recurring popup at the bottom. Every new screen brought that up and I had to click on it to get it out of the way. IT IS A REAL PAIN; VERY IRRITATING. Also irritating is the drop-down boxes at top. They drop down by just running mouse over. It would be no effort to click on whatever category I might be interested in. At times I can?ÇÖt even see the screen I am trying to work on due to the pop-ups at the bottom and the top.\n\nHowever, I have to give you an A+ for how quickly the orders are processed and shipped. Also, notification of shipment with tracking number is greatly appreciated. Prices are very good. Only found a very few items for less elsewhere. \n”

“Sometimes products take longer than other to receive. So when I am in a hurry to get a product to continue a project it can get delayed. If this was resolved, I would give 5 starts. Love the selection and the prices.”

“My last order had to come in two separate shipments, I understand that can happen.. When I received the second half, the pens i ordered seemd as though they were dumped in the padded envelope and the box was thrown in also. I counted the pens and they were all there.”

“First box was damaged, so the desk I ordered was scratched. Zerbee sent out a new desk. This box was also damaged, but thank goodness the desk was ok. Happy with their customer service.”

“It was ok. The only thing that was a bit of a struggle is that I had asked to search for a 3-Part Receipt book and it gave me different kinds of receipt book, when I just needed to see just a "3-Part”

“Overall I am pleased with the transaction. Ordered school supplies and although they were shipped in 2 different packages they did arrive in a timely manner. The only disappointment was that there were things "out of stock" that I would assume an office supply house would keep on hand at all times. Overall good experience.”

“I was very pleased with your product (engineering pads) but because I am an individual who uses this paper in my job and is not reimbursed for the cost, I was not especially pleased with the $7.95 mailing cost attached to the approximate $40 order.\nMy order was delivered the next day, and I did not request a speedy delivery. I would have appreciated the option to choose a lower-cost mailing charge.”
