“The only area i have an issue with is the time it takes my rep to get back with an answer for me. sometimes it's really just a quick yes or no on the reply back. Major problem with me. I would still recommend Zerbee and have in the past. I do make mention the lack of customer service. if you can fix that you would get a 5 star from me.”

“The airbag packing material was deflated, so there was no padding/protection. Fortunately, was nothing fragile, so no significant damage sustained.\n\n”

“I printed my order when I placed it but it had no cost on it. It would be good to send an invoice costed out when shipped. \nThe product is a good product and it is good to find it in stock when needed.”

“If the order becomes a split shipment with more than one tracking number, it would be great to know which items go with each tracking number... I forget if you're already doing that. If so, I'm sorry for this suggestion.”

“The way that I had to click the shipping method through an email after I missed some banner on the website was confusing. This should be made clearer throughout the check out process. And then actually receiving my product took a couple weeks like two to three and I thought it might be quicker than that. But other than those two things, everything was great”

“They told me, bizarrely, that they couldn't ship my order of snack crackers to my rented mailbox if I paid by credit card because of fraud concerns(?), but if I paid by Amazon or PayPal, the order would go through. I'll never understand their logic, but it worked.”

“They were especially responsive to any requests, corrections or problems encountered. Very available for consults and prices were WAY AHEAD of competition.\n\nOly negative: They are a OUT of STATE company (CAlifornia) that charged CA state taxes.”

“Love how fast I received my shipment was just slightly disappointed when several jugs of bleach and pine sol were damaged in shipping. Not a fault of Zerbee though was clearly the shipping company”

“The product is as described and arrived quickly. Our order arrived in two separate boxes. One box was packed tightly and arrived safely. The second, larger box only contained a few items with no additional packing material. One of the packages became untaped and scattered around the box, although not damaged. Thank you for asking for feedback.”

“Overall I am pleased with the transaction. Ordered school supplies and although they were shipped in 2 different packages they did arrive in a timely manner. The only disappointment was that there were things "out of stock" that I would assume an office supply house would keep on hand at all times. Overall good experience.”
