“You were great, helpful, considerate, and the product arrived overnight. Great! but I'm not real happy with the product. You show it standing up and mine won't, hanging is great but you are't always where you have the opportunity to hang it up, so there you are it won't sit on the floor next to you nor on the table in front of you.”

“The orders are shipped very quickly! I couldn't believe how fast I got the items I ordered. The prices are good, the coupons/discounts not so much as we are a very small business. I would have to spend over $100 most of the time to take advantage of any of the coupons/discounts, which we can't afford to do. It would be nice for an occassional coupon for spending a smaller dollar amount. Even "save 5%" on $50 this would only be $2.50 but it would still be nice!”

“Great customer service and prices, but I'm disappointed that it takes almost a month to get delivery on file cabinets. In the future, that's probably going to keep me from using Zerbee for those items, because we'd normally need items sooner than that.”

“Very good prices and friendly customer service. Replaced my rain damaged order. However I had asked if I had to send back my damaged order for the replacement and was told that wasn't necessary. However, after 10 days, when my replacement order hadn't arrived I called back and they said they needed my damaged goods. Not a problem but the poor information delayed the replacement order.”

“I purchased a box of Keebler Zesta crackers (2/pack, 300 packs). While I did receive exactly what I ordered, I should note that nearly half of the box contained broken crackers, still in their packages. Perhaps this is something that happened during shipping. Regardless, I think next time I will seek out a local restaurant supplier to purchase these crackers so that I may inspect them before I pay for them.”

“We ordered clear Pendaflex plastic folders - they were shipped in separate boxes and received on different days of the week. After removing the sticky labels from the first shipment received we noticed that the folders in the second shipment were not totally 'clear' - they had a very light lavendar color to them. In the interest of time we decided to use them and hope that our conference attendees did not notice the difference. Perhaps this could have been prevented beforehand.”
