“Price was good and free shipping. Took a long time to receive my order. Never got a tracking number so didn't know when item was going to arive, and when I called zerbee they didnt know either. All in all I got my order so I guess I would buy from again.”

“The orders are shipped very quickly! I couldn't believe how fast I got the items I ordered. The prices are good, the coupons/discounts not so much as we are a very small business. I would have to spend over $100 most of the time to take advantage of any of the coupons/discounts, which we can't afford to do. It would be nice for an occassional coupon for spending a smaller dollar amount. Even "save 5%" on $50 this would only be $2.50 but it would still be nice!”

“The "Pump Pot" is an interesting item used to maintain hot liquids for an extended period of time. The concept is unique, no doubt, but I found it to be very heavy especially with liquid in it; and was very awkward to handle. Also, I am disappointed in its ability to maintain liquids at their assigned temperature and after two hours yielded a cup of lukewarm coffee.\nI suggest that perhaps in your selling advertisement you can emphasize its size and capacity which is great for the guys night out, but not advisable for a church tea.”

“We did not receive good communication regarding the expected delivery date of the desk we ordered. We had to contact the company to acquire this information. Also, the desk had a small amount of damage on the side (size of a nickel) but it did not interfere in the function of the desk and was not noticeable once the desk was set in place.”

“Office items I ordered arrived very timely. I had a large item that was to be delivered by freight. I didn't know if it was backordered or not. I would have liked to have estimated delivery date. All worked out fine.”

“I use the retractable knives to take coupon labels for non profit at our local Food Pantry. I like the knife to be retractable because I must put it down often to restock etc and I am always concerned about safety in the crowded environment. I have not been able to find them locally so ordered four to make sure we have enough. They do wear out quickly, maybe 5 months.”

“Quality of the product is excellent.\n\nNeeded to use a power drill. Very hard for me (63 yr old lady) to attempt with simple ***'s head screwdriver. Finally asked my handyman to finish it. \n\nOtherwise, would use you again. Best price + free shipping through *** = happy customer.”

“Great product! Great price! Easy ordering. Only reason I deducted 1 star is due to packaging. Box arrived almost broken down. Had 24 folders in it and the shipping box was falling apart. I fully expected to find damaged contents but was fortunate; all were fine.”

“I was very pleased with your product (engineering pads) but because I am an individual who uses this paper in my job and is not reimbursed for the cost, I was not especially pleased with the $7.95 mailing cost attached to the approximate $40 order.\nMy order was delivered the next day, and I did not request a speedy delivery. I would have appreciated the option to choose a lower-cost mailing charge.”

“Everything was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there wasn't a very good photo of the product I was buying. There was only the cover, and not the actual application itself. I had to guess that the product I was buying was the correct one.”
