“The chair arrived extremely fast! It was just what we wanted! My only complaint is the tracking number that was provided through email was INCORRECT so Until I contacted customer service I did NOT know that it had ALREADY been delivered to my daughters apartment office...”

“Actually, I would give Zerbee's a rating of 4 3/4 stars. The website is easy to use except for the recurring popup at the bottom. Every new screen brought that up and I had to click on it to get it out of the way. IT IS A REAL PAIN; VERY IRRITATING. Also irritating is the drop-down boxes at top. They drop down by just running mouse over. It would be no effort to click on whatever category I might be interested in. At times I can?ÇÖt even see the screen I am trying to work on due to the pop-ups at the bottom and the top.\n\nOrders are processed and shipped quickly and notification of shipment with tracking number is greatly appreciated. Prices are very good. \n”

“When placing the order, I could not connect to ***(seems to be working now). Had to pay with ***. \n\nI did get immediate email confirmation that the order was accepted. Called customer service, they did not know status. Finally got email confirmation the NEXT day!!!.\n\nProduct was as expected.\n\nWould recommend Zerbee.”

“this is a great company to byt from they ae great at shipping on time and great prices but their shipping dept is crap they don't know how to pack a box we get ink pens and other small boxes opened and scattered all over the box and other product come in damaged and had to re order.”

“Your search engine lacks. When entering an item that is needed, you never know for sure, what is going to come up. Sometimes it brings up things that are completely unrelated to the item being searched for. Otherwise, your prices are very competitive and you have a very good selection of items. They are just hard to find, sometimes.”

“As I have said before, the search option needs some work. When asking for a specific item, it brings up all kinds of unwanted options. Otherwise, everything is great. Can't beat the prices, and we can always count on having our order the next day, barring out of stocks.\nGreat job”

“In general, Zerbee's service is excellent. Most often, we receive our order the next day. However on our last order, we are still waiting on 1 item to arrive. It is a very small item (.5mm lead refills), but we still have not received the item.”

“Generally our order comes the next day, which is great, but often, some items take 3 to 4 days. It would be nice if when ordering, we were notified that an items delivery would be delayed. We would like the opportunity of not ordering that item, if it is going to take longer.”

“Cost of product was competitive and items are always received undamaged and packaged securely.\nLead time was somewhat long, would have thought for a single office chair purchase lead time would have been shorter than 3 weeks.”
