“I recieve a discount code about 3 times a week in my email. Every time that I have tried to use the code, it has come up with a generic reason as to why the code does not apply to my order. This has happened on a very large variety of items. It is pretty pointless to send out discount codes, if they really dont work on most things that you sell....”

“Smooth transaction. All of my pens have barcode label on them that is a little bit of a pain to remove. When buying by the case I would have hoped that these individual labels would not have been affixed. Not the end of the world and a good deal otherwise.”

“Sturdy platform with excellent casters. Although Product Details section of web page says no assembly needed, you do need to bolt on the casters. Unfortunately, the bolts are about 3mm (1/8") too short to easily accommodate the lock washers and nuts. This is inconvenient and time-wasting. That aside, would recommend to others.”

“Service was amazing, item arrived next day. \n\nWebsite photo did not match the product. I really wanted the one in the picture, not the 'new improved' model i received. Contacted customer service and the pictured one is no longer available. \n\nNot Zerbee's fault, exactlly. Dealings and response with Zerbee's were excellent but I wish website photo matched the actual product.”

“Incredibly fast service. I ordered three shelves on Wed afternoon and on Thursday they arrived - less than 24 hours after I had ordered them. The only issue, and reason I am not giving 5 stars, is there was a piece missing. We have contacted the number on the paperwork for the missing piece and are waiting for delivery now.”
