“Quality of product and cost was very competitive, however I had this last purchased delivered to Canada and the shipping cos was nearly 50% of the product costs.”

“All though I am delighted with my order, it really did not warrant being shipped by a full size semi when *** or *** would have done just as well. A lot of city and village streets do not have the capability of receiving semis due to low hanging overhead wires and weight restrictions. Thankfully that was not a problem here but clearance of overhead wires were very close. All in all I am very happy with my order.”

“Found the product I needed at a good price. Quick delivery. Only hesitation to order was that a sample picture of the refill planner I needed was a "2009" calendar. It didn't say anywhere that I was ordering a "2013" calendar.”

“Had some problem with my order. Instead of 11 packages of 12 pieces of tape I was sent 11 pieces, but after contacting the customer service, the problem was resolved. Great customer service. Great item and price. Quick delivery but but people responsible for preparing packages should be attentive. Definitely will buy again. Thank you.”

“You handled my order very satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I, after a lot of comparative shopping, apparently clicked the wrong product, so got an ungridded easel pad rather than the 1-inch gridded that I was after. The shipping being prohibitive to return it (after paying more than half the price to get it here to start with), I'll just have to figure out a way to get grid lines on it, or showing through it, when I use it.”
