“I have never had any issues ordering from zerbee.com. My orders arrive quickly and as described. My only issue regarding this particular order is that 2 of the wire files were missing the front rubber caps for the base but I didn't bother contacting because the employee who requested them didn't mind. \n\nI would definitely order from them again.”

“Our first shipment was 80% successful. One item, a box of paper arrived and was an utter mess. The wrappers for each ream of paper was torn to shreds, leaving paper flying and damaged. We contacted customer support and sent me a return shipping label and we got a new and in-tact shipment in return. \nBringing the 60 lb box to the UPS store was a huge pain, so if there were a way to arrange a pickup that would be even better. \n”

“I am hoping to make Zerbee our usual office supply provider, as a replacement to ***. Zerbee offers better pricing, fast and polite customer service, and generally the same product offering. My first order with them got me the same products for dollars less, however, my only complaint was that the packaging was different than the picture and the item packaging was open. My second order seems satisfactory, but there are some slight variations from the products I purchase at Staples. I will be careful in the future to check each order and make sure I'm getting what I expect to.”

“Our order was damaged during shipping, but Zerbee sent us a packaging slip to send it back. Zerbee didn't have anymore in stock so we had to wait a few weeks to get a replacement. But the customer service rep was very helpful and kept me updated on when the new item would be in and shipped. Will definitely do business again with them due to their great customer service.”
