“The quad desk is great. It was bigger than we expected. Maybe a diagram of the desk and space needed to maneuver around the desk would be helpful.\n\nI am a pro at putting furniture together and this was by far the hardest thing I have ever done. It took us about seven hours. The instructions were fairly clear except for the brackets for the legs. There were NO instructions for that.”

“Please check packing jobs. One of my boxes of 100 book rings had opened during shipping and where all over the box and stuck to the tape of the outside flaps. Part of type box was crushed, which is not your fault, but I could have easily lost some of my ring where the box was crushed. I had to count all the rings to make sure they were all there. I have pictures if you want them.”

“Easy to use the website. I thought that the folders were a little off color. The purple wasn't as vibrant as I thought it would be but that had nothing to do the Zerbee. I got what I ordered quickly and all in one order. Not several over the course of a few weeks.”

“I ordered a notebook with colored pages. I was under the impression the it was multi colored (blue, green, yellow, pink) but it only came with one color (blue). Which is fine it's the color I would have chosen if I chose but I think that color was sent to me from luck of the draw. If the customer only gets one color, I think it would be best to have a mechanism to choose.”

“The package arrived very promptly. The next day. It was a small package of staples and it was put in a huge packing container, allowing the small box to flop around In the container quite a bit. It arrived undamaged but would recommend that such a box be put in a smaller package and packed a little bit better than it was.”

“My order was shipped in two separate packages. As someone who is very aware of the carbon footprint of having two truck routes on the ground, and two boxes manufactured, packed, and shipped, I like to keep the environmental costs down when making purchases. So, I would have liked to have the choice of whether to wait a little longer to have everything ship together, or to have it shipped separately. That is my only less than positive comment. All items were received as ordered, in a very prompt manner, and I am pleased with the items I chose!”

“You guys prove over and over again that you are a great company to work with. \n\nI was initially mad to hear about your return policy, and that I only had 5 days to claim a missing item from the day it?ÇÖs dropped off at the distribution center, as I was out of the country and unable to receive all the packages in a timely fashion, and thus couldn't report my issues.\n\n But then you blew me away, by giving me a refund for all the products I had issues with, and not asking me to go through the hassle of sending it all back to you. I can honestly say I wasn?ÇÖt imagining it was going to work out so well in my favor. \n\nOne criticism however, as I mentioned to your twitter feed, you really need to work on your search function, and better categorize your products. I'd be happy to go into more detail over email the issues I noticed, so feel free to follow up. \n\nLastly, I hope that you update your listings picture for the Ampad Pastels blue writing pads to better reflect the color they are supposed to be, so people can be warned it's gray paper not blue. Also if you could change the listing for the Mr. Sketch stix markers to indicate they are the thicker bullet tip ones not the extra fine thin markers, you'd be doing a good service for listing accuracy and customer satisfaction. \n\nThanks again for taking the steps needed to resolve my issues and reaffirm that you are the best supply company to order from, not just because of the prices. Even though you may ship one pen in a giant box, or ship a ton of things separately, you guys are a joy to order from and I love the responsiveness of your twitter and customer service.”
