“I think the ordering process is fine and the return process is ok. The thing I dislike is having to pay for shipping back to the facility if a return is needed.”

“No major complaints. Customer service with regard to my initial call/question was great, and delivery was on time. However, given the rather expensive shipping cost of $8, I think that there should have been some kind of packing material inside the box to keep the item from sliding around. Also, the bottom of the front cover is curled under.”

“I was very happy with how the freight company handled my order ?Çô they were excellent. However, from the time I paid for my order to when I actually received it was quite lengthy. Other than this, I?ÇÖm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Zerbee to others.”

“Overall I was very happy with my order. I did feel that the customer service rep. that I spoke with (when I was having trouble ordering online) was not very friendly. That is my only complaint. The rest of the service was awesome!”

“The only problem I came across was when I had to call back a few minutes later maybe 3 or 4 minutes, I couldn't reach anyone. It took several calls before I could get a person on the phone.”

“Please check packing jobs. One of my boxes of 100 book rings had opened during shipping and where all over the box and stuck to the tape of the outside flaps. Part of type box was crushed, which is not your fault, but I could have easily lost some of my ring where the box was crushed. I had to count all the rings to make sure they were all there. I have pictures if you want them.”

“The only thing that you could be better at is including packing lists with all shipments. I would say on average 4 out of 10 shipments aren't coming with packing lists. \n\nPrices are always less than the competitors.\nDeliver times are acceptable\nWebsite is easy to use for researching items and placing orders.”

“lower minimum for free shipping. All other sites are $*** or less usually. We would probably use you all most of the time if it was lower since we have small orders at times. Thanks.”
