“Ordered at 5pm and had our product by 10am the next day! One of our ten items was broken so I called customer service, they answered on the second ring and sent out a replacement which we received the next morning. Very satisfied!”

“I ordered a white board from Zerbees and unfortunately it arrived with some damage. Rather than offering me a credit, they are reshipping another white board to me and told me to keep the other one. I am very happy with their customer service...they have gone above and beyond. I would recommend them very highly. Thanks!”

“Incredibly fast shipping. Site is easy to use. Will definitely set them as a favorite for items I am shopping for in the future that they would tend to carry.\n\nHave never used this site in the past. Always leery of new vendors, but this was an extremely pleasant surprise. Hats off to you Zerbee!\n\nNo comments on improvement other than just keep doing whatever it is that you do. You have definitely won me over as a customer. Even if in the future an item might cost a little more, to be taken care of like this, and to see how they value customers, if more expensive they would still be worth the extra.”
