“Website was easy to navigate and find the products I needed. I spent hours price shopping and found Zerbee's to have the lowest pricing on all of the items I needed. As a first time customer, I even received a call from a representative after placing my order to see how they could better serve me in the future. I will definitely be recommending them to my colleagues!”

“At first I received the completely incorrect product! I was so upset. I called customer service right away and was told the correct product would be sent out right away and I would receive it the next day or the day after. I waited and the very next day, the absolutely correct product was delivered !! I don't know how they made that happen, but I will be a customer for life 😀”

“WE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH THE WAY WE BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT ON-LINE, SIMPLE AND EASY. OUR PROBLEM WAS WITH UPS WHO DELIVERED THE PRODUCT. THEY LEFT IT AT THE WRONG HOME AND I HAD TO SEARCH FOR IT. MY WIFE IS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARRIER. THANK YOU.”

“so pleased to find this exact paper (which is not always easy to fine) for the comparable price you had. AND free shipping was offered for the quantity we ordered. my only comment is out of 12 boxes - why did you send 1 and then the 11. Arrived the next day and no problems - i was just thinking of your free shipping offered - hated you had to make 2 trips. But very satisfied, will order again, and will recommend your company to others. Thank you.”
