“I should start with the fact that before this rating request came in that I had already wrote to Zerbee to tell them of my positive experience. We were in a jam and needed supplies fast for a project. I found Zerbee online and called to ask how soon we could expect the shipment. I spoke with *** and she took the time to find out which distributor my goods would ship out of so that we could figure out how long it would take to get to us. She also stayed on the line with me until I hit the send button on my order and routed it right away. The next morning I had a tracking number and my goods arrived later that day. *** was a big help and super nice and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”
