“excellent service, quick and well packaged”

“For small items, I think you should allow delivery to post office boxes. I live in a remote rural area and do not receive mail delivery at my house. Mostly the UPS people can't find my place. Since I was only purchasing 10 pens which I am THRILLED to have received (I used the library for the delivery address on my second purchase attempt), they could easily have been sent in the U.S. Postal Service instead. Not to mention the difference in cost when using UPS and/or FedEx. \n\nThe lady who saved the day in this problem was Cindy Leadens. She was great! She never made me feel like a pest, and always got back to my small inquires almost instantly! \n\nBonnie F.”

“I only use Global and Eon. Knowing nothing of Zerbee I ran across it accidentally. I compared in real time everything I needed on all three sites. Zerbee beat the price everytime and by a worthy amount. I took a chance and what I order was promptly shipped and arrived in a day or two and I used the cheapest shipping! I will use them consistently unless something changes. Thanks guy!!”

“I would definitely recommend Zerbee. Service is great. My only complaint is when I use the search option, sometimes it comes up with things that I have not searched for, but when I do find what I want, I can count on next day delivery most of the time.”

“Love the fact that we can order today and consistently receive our order the next day, with only a few exceptions. Sometimes I find it hard to locate the item I am looking for with the search function. Often it brings up things completely unrelated to the item I was searching for. Otherwise, I find that your prices are most often lower than any other company I have searched for items, and the fact we can get the order the next day is great!!\n”
