“I am very pleased with the price and the continued status updates of when I will get the product. \n\nI paid extra for a truck with a liftgate so that the 10 tables (880 pounds) could be unloaded by a pallet jack. However, the tables came loose (88 pounds each) and the delivery guys unloaded and delivered by hand each table. In a sense I didn't need to pay for a truck with a lift gate but I got the same result so I am happy with it.”

“I was notified by another company that, after 2 weeks, they would be unable to fulfill my order. I found the material at ZERBEE (at a slightly higher price) and placed an order after normal business hours. I noted their website stated I should receive it in 1 - 3 business days. I received the order the 2nd business day. I'll gladly pay a slightly higher price for service like that.”

“Received my desk chair very promptly. Even though I was unable to sit in this chair before purchase, it was just what I expected based on the online description and my own previous experience. This chair seems superior to the less costly styles available in local big box stores. I would purchase again in the future from Zerbee.”

“Your website is easy to navigate so ordering is quick and simple. I did have a question for customer service, which was answered quickly by a friendly and helpful representative. My orders have been filled and delivered in a timely fashion. I've ordered several times and I have been pleased with the service. Zerbee is now one of my "go to" vendors! “I ordered a metal filing cabinet and honestly was very worried it would come damaged or destroyed in some way. It is not expensive, so i figured they would not treat it well. It came PERFECT, and QUICKLY. Only took a few days from purchase for me to receive it and I am very happy with it. I will order another when the funds are available.”
