“I am a teacher in AL. As soon as I receive next year’s state allocation money on November 1, I will be ordering more from them. On what I purchased, their price was the cheapest around; and is a hard-to-find item. The email communication was prompt and they were extremely helpful. Very pleased with my experience!”

“Excellent customer service! I had tried to order paper twice from Office Depot but the courier they used would not deliver the paper to me. I asked if they could change the delivery service and they said no. So, I checked around and found the paper cheaper at Zerbee (even with it being on sale at Office Depot). Zerbee's website said that they use UPS for shipping so I ordered the paper. However, when the paper was shipped, it was sent for fulfillment by Office Depot whose courier would not deliver it so it was returned to Zerbee. I contacted Zerbee and got an actual person. I was immediately transferred to the person who could help me. I had to leave him a voicemail but he called me back very promptly. He apologized for the issue, re-shipped the paper with a flag for it to be sent via UPS and the paper was delivered a few days later. He kept me updated via email after our initial phone call and was extremely helpful! I will be buying my paper from Zerbee from now on! Highly recommend!”

“I have just recently started my current position, and one of the projects I took on was finding the least expensive, but quick and professional company for our office supplies. I have to say that I am greatly impressed with Zerbee. Customer service is polite, and even called and let me know that they had a less expensive item in what I had ordered, it was just a different brand.”
