“The boards are really good but Don’t pay for 3 day shipping because I did it and it come 1 week and 1/2 later so it’s not work to pay the $15 also don’t buy the wheels they are not good ones.”

“The board arrived intact luckily because the box had been crushed. The packaging was nonexistent. The board was put in a box with no protection at all. No peanuts, air pillows or even some trash to help protect $90 board I purchased. It’s a skateboard… I know but let me be the one that destroys it. Shipping took longer than expected. Couple of days to create a label, few more days to get it to the carrier, then the disaster that is UPS had their way. I really like Zero and it’s products but their shipping department needs some work.”
“Both decks I ordered where sent immediately and shipping was fast, but unfortunately there wasn´t any paper or bubble wrap to avoid that the decks damage each other. Furthermore the stickers I also bought had just been thrown into the box so that some were actually squashed by the weight of the decks. Being a popular skateboard company I expect a bit more care to make sure that especially international orders arrive safely. To sum it up: Products are definitely good and shipping is fast, but packaging could be more careful.”
“Thread is already coming out on the neck, so, that sucks considering it was like 90 CAD after the $40 shipping. Otherwise it’s exactly as advertised and had the potential to be so dope. My heart is broken. This shirt is Dying to Live, but it’s a Strange World it was made in. “I would have given this item a 5 out of 5, however, when I received my "single skull hoody", it was not the correct hoody, it was the Zero Army Hoody. After contacting them, they stated that I could return it, but didn't have the exact product I should've had in stock. I could return it, but for the color that wasn't my first choice. I'm not sure why I didn't get exactly what I received since on my order receipt said that I purchased the correct hoody. Definitely not happy with that. I've never had any issues with ordering from them, but I wanted what I purchased; frustrating.”
“First typically Zero is my favorite brand but I bought 2 of the new Chris cole decks both are supposed to be 8.25 1 was and 1 was 8.15 the pop is really bad no where near my other zero decks it feels extremely spongy and the concave feels off. I don't know if these decks were rushed or what but it is really disappointing.”
