“First time I have used Ziffit. It is straight forward and the instructions are easy to follow. Use the app as it is much quicker and easier than typing in barcodes. Took my box to the local shop and was rewarded with an email to say it had been received. Th money was in my account within a few days. A very good experience.”

“Ziffit did everything it said it would. It kept me informed when my parcel arrived; when they were checking my items; and when my money would be sent to me. They are very easy to deal with, although I would like to know the reasons why they don't accept some books coz there have been some books I've tried to sell that have landed in landfill. All in all I intend to keep dealing with them. Well done!”
