4 out of last 5 trades they have rejected perfectly good items and it seems I am far from alone. Seems to be the way they operate simple theft. Used them for years but never again.

The most expensive books in my trade were flagged as 'not received, despite the fact that they were included in the box.This is a regular occurring experience with Ziffit I have photographed what I sent and will be filing a police report and contacting my MP and media outlets about this. I have emailed Customer service about this, and am awaiting a response prior to taking further action. Be aware of this before you trade your valuable books with Ziffit!

Claimed they didn't receive any of the star wars books I sent, even though I put each book in individually while going down the list to double check I put everything in there. So I know it was all there. Then they stated that the most expensive book sent had damaged inside pages. The book was in perfect condition when it left.

They didn't pay me and they're not responding to my emails. I put the PayPal email that I wanted them to send it to and apparently they sent it to the email I used to create an account with on ziffit which is not active. So I sent them over 50 books and they robbed me. I've contacted several times. I have no history of payment received. They supposedly paid on the 21st of July it's now August 4th and have no payment. Thanks a lot, I needed the money to help pay my grandma's medicine prescription, lost faith in this company, and lost all of my valuable books for nothing. I cherished those books and hated to see them go. I shipped it very well too. I put each book individually in a bag and applied wrapping. It was very well packaged. All for NOTHING!! Even though 3 books were rejected. I forgot to mention that. THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE BOOKS WERE ACCEPTED

The price offers are insulting. 50 books by a range of well known writers garnered ridiculous offers from 02p to 39p. Less than two more but no higher than £1.

I have more than 40 books that I no longer wish to read and was considering donating them to charity. However, someone suggested I try selling them through this app, so I gave it a try. These books, which have been in good condition for just over a year since I bought them, didn’t fetch much. The sale only brought in about 10% of their total value, which barely covered the effort of packing them and dropping them off for collection. Given the minimal return, the time and energy spent were hardly worth it. In hindsight, I should have just donated them to charity.

’m absolutely disgusted with the service Ziffit have provided. The information you have provided is entirely incorrect. I have been robbed. It’s disgraceful. £6 worth of my books are now in your possession and you have send me £0.11 I will be sharing my experience and ensuring that I spread the news of how horrendous the service is. Please reassess your system. Your system seems to be built on robbing people. Please sort it out. I will never use your service again.

Hello Sean, Is there anything else I could help to support the refund process through Paypal? Please let me know. To be honest, I need the money. I already donated 5 or 6 of my books that actually expensive when I bought them new. For me, what Ziffit offers to me as the return is not that big deal knowing you guys are a big company. But why is it so hard to process the amount of money that is not even above $50. Please, please explain to me. What happened? I would definitely couldn't recommend you guys to people. You guys really treat customer like a garbage while we were trusting you with our books. Please consider this. God bless you all.

I scanned my 19 books, agreed on a price, printed the shipping label, boxed up the books and mailed them to Ziffit. In early June, they verified receipt of the books I mailed. On June 10th, they sent an email stating that a bank transfer payment would be in my checking account in 3-5 working days. As of July 6th, I have received nothing. I have emailed Ziffit 16 different times requesting ANY kind of documentation that this payment was sent (a screenshot or last four digits of the account payment was deposited to). I receive very generic responses from customer service reps Alan and Sean that never address my request for proof. They refer to their "Finance Department" in those emails but never offer to connect me with someone in that group and totally ignore my request for proof of payment. I am forced to recognize that I have been scammed by this illegitimate company. Any company that actually had a "Finance Department" would have proof of payment. If not for customer service purposes, then for tax purposes. Let this serve as a warning to anyone thinking of doing business with Ziffit.

Do not use this company. They offer pennies and then only pay for some of the items which they receive. My review echoes what is said below. I sent 2 trades. One for four quid and one for 10. They've only paid the four quid one. I've sent 3 emails which have received no response. Complaint ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! give to charity instead.

Everything I scanned it was refused and I got really stressed because I really don't get it so I deleted my account. Sorry really not wasting my time sitting scanning items for it to be refused proper stressful if you ask me

Please avoid this company at all cost. If I had read the review, I wouldn't have sent my books to them. They are SCAMMER! I sent my book and they sent email that it has been collected. However, they later sent they can't find the book, that I should give ingo regarding tracking no and where it was posted to, and I did, after few minutes, they said the transaction has been cancelled, when my books are with them. Please bodies in charger of scammers should help as this is becoming a reoccurrence according to the reviews.

My ZIFFITT account shows as my last trade has been paid for 8590416 sent lots of messages I just get fobbed off. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT SEND THEM ANYTHING AS YOU WILL GET SCAMMED AS I DID BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

Scam- never got paid. They literally just type the word “paid” and have no tracking or feedback; I’ll also note SIGNIFICANT CONCERN with what they are doing with my bank account info then, as I was required to provide it. Have emailed and chatted and message customer service a dozen times; they’ve answered 2, and just keep providing an endless timeline (wait 2-3 more days, wait 5 more days, wait 72 more hours for their non-existent “finance department” to “look into it”) all with no resolution. Have very bad reviews on Sitejabber & Apple/App Store, and TrustPilot if you sift through the fake bot reviews.

Awful company! They said they didn't receive 4 items, 2 of them were sets of reading books, so the highest valued items. I would advise anyone using them to take a photo of the books in the box to be packaged. This may help your case.

We know that products were packed. So, to receive a not present for 7 items in the first email from them was beyond disappointing...Ziffit have a problem and now they have made it ours!

I used Ziffit to sell some items recently. I spent ages sorting through books, CDs and DVDs, scanning as I went, and packaged those which Ziffit accepted and sent them off. Apparently they did not receive many of these items, and it was often those items that Ziffit had valued the most, that had not been received! They also do not return those items which they reject! How convenient. I filed a crime report with the local constabulary to report this theft. I wished I'd read the reviews on here before engaging with them. A large number of reviews report items mysteriously disappearing on receipt! Make of that what you want, but I will avoid this company in future, as I would advise anybody considering using Ziffit to do likewise. I wished I'd given the items to charity instead. Notably, Ziffit do not respond to reviews, and they do not respond when you attempt to contact them, which you can only do by email. Good luck trying to make a complaint to their 'complaints department', which probably does not exist, along with their customer satisfaction team. If I could give no stars it would still be too much credit for Ziffit.

After continually scanning items and getting not taking at this time. I did finally get some that they wanted.I stated I needed to make the price up to £5.00 or 10 items. I scanned twelve monkeys dvd it stated Monkey business but presumed the code was fine. Did one cd Soul II Soul a PS game Monster Inc also despicable me box set played once. Get an email stating money been paid gone from £6 something now £3 something. Stated CD Soul II Soul was not in there the cd was 100 per cent in the box with the dvds and one game . Stated re Monkey business there scanner stated the film was that visually typed it in and excepted that 2. So kept the film but not paid re it as their system stated in correct film. The box set had only been played once re two of the film discs and the other never played. States disc damaged there are 3 discs in the set. So obviously I cannot prove the 3 discs were all fine however it states disc not discs. So two of the box sets discs are at the quality level that is excepted. But I get paid nothing at all re the 3 discs. I have seen a number of reviews where other people state that an item was sent in the box but the company then are stating the item was not in there this seems to be something that is happening to other people who are trading their items in. Personally I would not use this company again. Have used another company and I had none of the issues that I have had with this Company and that one was a much larger trade. If I could give 0 I would but sadly I cannot. So if you decide to use this company please ensure you take pictures of boxed items you send. Missing items from trades sent seem to be a regular thing. I know the items were in there. They never said what they were going to do with the two good discs from the box set and the dvd Twelve Monkeys.
