After continually scanning items and getting not taking at this time. I did finally get some that they wanted.I stated I needed to make the price up to £5.00 or 10 items. I scanned twelve monkeys dvd it stated Monkey business but presumed the code was fine. Did one cd Soul II Soul a PS game Monster Inc also despicable me box set played once. Get an email stating money been paid gone from £6 something now £3 something. Stated CD Soul II Soul was not in there the cd was 100 per cent in the box with the dvds and one game . Stated re Monkey business there scanner stated the film was that visually typed it in and excepted that 2. So kept the film but not paid re it as their system stated in correct film. The box set had only been played once re two of the film discs and the other never played. States disc damaged there are 3 discs in the set. So obviously I cannot prove the 3 discs were all fine however it states disc not discs. So two of the box sets discs are at the quality level that is excepted. But I get paid nothing at all re the 3 discs. I have seen a number of reviews where other people state that an item was sent in the box but the company then are stating the item was not in there this seems to be something that is happening to other people who are trading their items in. Personally I would not use this company again. Have used another company and I had none of the issues that I have had with this Company and that one was a much larger trade. If I could give 0 I would but sadly I cannot. So if you decide to use this company please ensure you take pictures of boxed items you send. Missing items from trades sent seem to be a regular thing. I know the items were in there. They never said what they were going to do with the two good discs from the box set and the dvd Twelve Monkeys.

trusted them to soon and got ripped off. Paid only $60 out of the quoted $160. Unfortunately I was baited and then ripped off by "sellbackyourbook" aka "ziffit". When I first sold to them I sent them four books for their quoted price of $112. The transaction went smoothly and I was paid promptly with no problems at all. Because this went so smoothly I decided to send them more books the next go around. This time I sent 8 books total in two separate boxes. This is when they ripped the rug from under me. They ended up only paying me for 3 of 8 books. Claiming 5 of them were in such bad condition they could not offer me anything. These books however were in great condition much like the first box of books I sent them and they accepted with no problem. They went from them paying me the quoted price of about $160 to only paying $60 bucks. They also state their policy is to not return your books to you but they will "recycle" them to a third party. So you loose profit and they still gain from your loss. Luckily I hadn't sent off any of my other books to them yet or any high values books. Learn from my mistake and avoid doing business with this company if you can. I was able to find other companies to sell to, and I haven't had any issues since.

BEWARE of dealing with this company. I wish I had read the reviews before sending my books, it seems other customers have also had the same experience as me. I sent off my "trade" and a week later they send me an email confirming the payout but several items were flagged as "Not Received" (including an expensive coffee table book) even though I scanned the books as I packed the box. I have emailed them to open an investigation because either the box was opened in transit (in which case I should be due compensation via their carrier) OR they were incorrect about not receiving items in which case I should be made whole. I will update this review once they respond, but if they do not make me whole I will be reporting to Action Fraud, Apple Store, etc. Will be reporting to Action Fraud and Apple

Yep. Most of the books I scanned were rejected. Then I finally got one accepted. First time 51p, scanned again by mistake 30p. Books in pristine condition rejected..and don't even ask about cds the stupid app couldnt read the bar codes, so rejection again. 1hr out of my life wasted! Can't send photos as I've deleted the app., otherwise I certainly would.

I've traded many times and whilst there have been a few minor "hiccups" (e.g. recently a book was deemed not be in the box but I know it was since I check, double-check and count all items boxed) on this occasion I get the view that Ziffit has decided it no longer requires my business. Out of 32 CDs sent, 3 have been rejected as being "Cover missing or damaged" ... i.e. damaged, as none were missing. And, of course, one of these was the single most valuable item. All three had been purchased in the last three years from Music Magpie (perhaps through Amazon) and whilst we know their products are not always first class, they are deemed saleable. I check all CDs including inserts/sleeves and believe these rejections are unreasonable. I trust that Ziffit has destroyed the products as per its own rules. If - a "big if" - I decide to trade again I shall keep the products traded to those with minimal value ... at least I won't feel robbed even if cheated!

Not happy with my last trade. Ziffit lost 3 of my items and said not received and didn't pay. When I complained they promised to reimburse the trade for the lost items and then didn't reimburse me. When I complained again they have ignored me. They are getting complacent with former good reviews. YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR LAST TRADE and I am looking elsewhere for alternatives!

I wasn’t paid for 5 out of 12 books. One was a brand new book and in excellent condition but was marked as damaged. Terrible. Donate to charity instead. Not worth the time and effort.

I bought a DVD from World of Books a year ago and I sold it through Ziffit and it was rejected because something was missing. Since I have no means to know what was missing because your policy is to exclude the item from the trade list I feel hard done by for losing my 1.40 plus promo code of 10%.

I sent a trade, it was collected over 2 weeks , I have the proof Contacted urselfs start of the week, heard back yesterday, saying parcel lost, but you would honour the trade value. You have since cancelled the trade as unrecieved and I can't get any confirmation when I'm likely to receive my pay. You used to be very efficient but not any longer.

Ziffit could not provide proof as to why they didn't pay for an item I sent-it was stated as parts missing but that was impossible. Will not be using again and would not recommend

Our Library is open between the hours of 10.00 am and 5.00 pm. For some reason it seems that either you or DPD find it impossible to arrange for a collection between those times. This failure has only come to the fore recently. In almost 4 years of trading this was not a problem but in the last few months it has got progressively worse. We are now thinking of stopping selling our used library stock via Ziffit.

Was my trade ever processed? It doesn't show as processed in my account area on the app, so why are you asking for another review? As I said in my last review, the collection driver admitted he hadn't brought the bar code. I wasn't sent any instruction about how to label the boxes, so they went with a 'transaction number' (as best as I can remember) written on them. I am guessing they've never been delivered or processed and that the process has failed in this instance.

DPD never turned up to collect my parcel for ziffit. They sent a message saying they'd called but i wasnt in, when in fact I was in, looking out the window for them! I rang their customer line and was told I'd be called back within the hour and my parcel would be collected that day.... 6 days on and no parcel collection and no phone call.

Not all my books were assessed. I sent a set of small books but it seems they only looked at one and said the others were missing. I have had an email saying they were looking into it but so far I haven't heard anything. It is only a small amount of cash but means a lot to me.

No one on the phone when I needed a quick answer...... I sent an email to 2 of the advertised help departments....one came back as unknown and days later the other hasn't yet responded..... shocking

It has been 6 days since I posted my parcels and they've not yet been picked up courier collection point. No contact from Ziffit checking on things.
