I was told half the books I sent weren’t received. Strange that it happened to be the most valuable ones. I checked each one off as I packaged them and know for certain they were all there. I sent in a complaint and just got a generic response that I can see everyone gets having looked at other reviews. A con. Steer clear.

I’m thinking of finding another Book seller to buy my books. You pay very little and recently I sent in a book which was in perfect condition and a first edition signed by the author/ designer which I know retails second hand £40 plus . You rejected it saying it was unacceptable condition ( presumably because it was signed) which is ridiculous . I have found Ziffit to be a convenient way to sell books but the fact you reject books often when they are perfectly fine is not right. I do think you should give the sender an opportunity to have the book returned even if you expect the postage to be paid by sender . I did try to cancel the trade because your website said you could do that but it turned out that you haven't implemented that feature yet. I have a huge amount of books I want to clear but before I consider trading with Ziffit again I’m going to see if there is an alternative book seller

I really am disappointed at the new way of selling with Ziffit. It is very inconvenient that ‘save until later’ has gone. Also it is not possible to always have £5 worth of books at any one time which means that when books are accepted but less than £5 they are not kept until one logs in again. I also do not find the new way of posting convenient. All in all the way of selling, previously excellent, has deteriorated. I will now have to re-consider whether to continue selling with Ziffit.

Awful company, you post your books to them and then they change their mind about the agreed price, or even decide not to pay for items - after which, they refuse to return these items. Avoid like the plague.

There is no way that their was 10 books missing from delivery. music magpie has been recommend. disappointed with ziffit.

Awful experience! These people do not reply for days and they never arrange collections! Nearly a month trying to get hold of anyone. Would not recommend and go elsewhere!

My box was not collected today as promised.Had tx due to come 8-9 am driver dead.Contacted did and they said he came at 8.05 which is a lie.They then told me he would come before 5pm still not arrived.I have not left the house all day.Shocking service

I am actually appalled at the response from Ziffit to the order of books I sent you. You claim that three of the books were water damaged or mouldy? Those books were in very good condition when I shipped them to you, and if there was any damage it would have happened during transportation which was using the courier you provided. So the expensive John Cale book which was in Pristine condition and which you were buying for £6.60 and which you rejected, but somehow can't return to me either? So what are you doing with it, burning it? I hope not! It also states that a couple of books were not included, I believe they were included, they were smaller books but they were packed as well. I thought this was a great service as it was so easy, but I'm really shocked that you claim so many books were damaged and they were not when I sent them and I would like to have seen photographic proof of this, i just dont believe it. I'll do my very best not to use your app again, I would have like these books to go to people that wanted them as they were in good condition, I should have given them to a charity shop perhaps, at least they would not have been wasted. Not impressed at all.

An item that was definitely in the package was deemed not to be there and hence no payment was made for it. Poor checking of items . Will not trade again .

6492295 Very disappointed this time round. Only sent in twelve items, all packaged correctly in a small box and dropped off at a local collection point...however on my account it says ‘Not Received’ for four of those items. So not paid the full amount. That’s a third of my order missing! Where did they go? Emailed them and just got a stock reply saying it means they didn’t receive them!

Just the worst company - 40 books sent in and 30 rejected. Claimed that the ‘pages weren’t clean’ Again totally bizarre that this is acceptable to them - like sure 30 out of 40 books were dirty. Plenty of competitors to use so will be moving to them now

Labels don’t work customer service is a joke. Wast of time no proper communication. In the end I left it to much hassle for little what they offer

Scam. 3 separate orders sent to them. They reject perfectly working and decent condition items so not to pay out what they originally promised you. When you contact customer services they ignore your question and send you the terms and conditions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
